Studio in the heart of Destin

About this space
The studio is located near all of the main Destin attractions and inside of the desire sandpiper cove resort, with private beach, beach bar, five pools, jacuzzi, golf, tennis courts, marina, onsite restaurant, gate guarded 24 hrs. The studio acomodates up to four people comfortably, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils to cook, fast internet, tv channels, iron/table. The resort has restrictions and does not allow guests under 25 without an older person as the head of the group.
The space
The studio is one common space with a bunk bed a a queen size bed.
Guest access
The resort has 24/7 gate so is very safe, parking is right outside of the studio.
Other things to note
Please at the time of booking your reservation list every guest coming with you, the studio has outside cameras and holds up to 4 guests only, if at check in more people show up the reservation will be canceled and you will loose the deposit.
