You have various beach accesses just one block away, a short walk from the house - use beach cart, or rent the golf cart. Public beach is close by with extra parking, showers, bathhouse, restaurant and shaded picnic areas.

THE AREA:
The home is located in the desirable Crystal Beach, a beach house neighborhood in Destin, it has the best of both worlds. It is a quaint beach house community that is very close to many activities such as; shopping, dining, fishing, boating, golfing and etc.. Also, it is the ideal community for walking, biking, and jogging on the paved path along the streets to the beach.

Visit Crab Island, Destin Commons, Harbor Walk, Okaloosa Pier, Gulfarium, Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park, dining, shopping, biking, golfing and more - or just relax at the beach and pool.
