East 1404 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fourteenth floor, East 1404 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more.

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. As of April 15th, the Gulf facing balcony work has been completed for this vacation home, and will no longer impact Guest use. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

East 1404 offers a beach chic feel, travertine tile floors, and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is centrally located in the home. East 1404 even has a UV sanitizing light in the heating/air-conditioning system to maintain cleanliness throughout the condo.

The master bedroom has a split king bed with dual elevation adjustment and vibration controls, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a large bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, large closet and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also features a king bed and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The set-ups can be reserved at a rate of $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
