✹This 2 bedroom/2.5 bath home is recently remodeled and features updated countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated vanities in the bathrooms, and a walk in shower in the master bath. There is tile and hardwood flooring throughout. In addition, the chic, beachy decor sets an appropriate vibe for this private Destin townhome with beautiful Gulf views from many angles.

✹This spacious (~1300 square feet) townhome home boasts an open living, dining, and kitchen area with Gulf views from the living room. In the living room, there is plenty of seating, a new Queen sleeper sofa, and a new 58" SMART TVs. Off of the living room, the entry way has an elevated, covered patio with Gulf views and plenty of space for relaxing and dining. In addition, there is a convenient half bath and an outdoor shower accessible on the first level.

✹Upstairs, the large master bedroom features a KING bed, 32" SMART TV, remodeled bathroom, floor to ceiling sliding doors with Gulf views, and a private patio overlooking the Gulf. It's the perfect place to soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast while enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon/evening beverage. The secondary bedroom features a Queen + Twin Trundle Bed, Smart TV, and access to a private bathroom.

☆☆ THE NEIGHBORHOOD ☆☆

✹ This home is located directly on Scenic Gulf Drive and offers all the conveniences of the Emerald Coast Parkway/Highway 98. The beach can be seen from both patios, the living room, and the master bedroom, and is a short walk across the street. This home is centrally located and provides easy access to beach front restaurants and activities/attractions on Highway 98.

✹ NO SMOKING
✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
