Renovated and Ready Beautiful Beach Condo

Welcome to our Gulf Front Condo. The unit is on the 6th floor of Sterling Sands.
Enjoy this condo with its scenic views of the emerald green water and crystalline white sand. Our condo has been completely remodeled with new furnishings. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Our deluxe condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both bedrooms have a TVs for your enjoyment and have updated mattresses for your sleeping comfort. The living room has a sofa queen bed with two rocking chairs for relaxation. The kitchen has been remodeled with white quartz counters and has updated appliances with three swivel chairs. The dining table can accommodate a party of 6. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

This condo rents Saturday to Saturday during peak summer. We do not offer discounted long term rentals.

Access to the pool area, common areas and private beach is controlled by the association Each member of your party will have to purchase a wristband for a small fee from Sterling Sands Association. Additionally, our unit provides FREE BEACH SERVICE from March 1st to October 30th. This is an $250 dollar value service for two chairs and a umbrella that is provided by the owner. The beach service also offers beach kayak and boogie board rental for a fee.

Our Condo does not allow guests to bring pets. There is also a no smoking policy both in the condo and on the balcony.

Sterling Sands is conveniently located near numerous attractions, dining options and shopping centers. Just a short walk is Merlin's Pizza, Liquor store, The Track(arcade-bumper cars), and Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Shopping areas include Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Many opportunities to go fishing, parasailing, dolphin tours, snorkeling tours, sunset tours and Pirate ship cruise.

Perfect Views

Property is well maintained and tastefully decorated. Furniture is right sized unlike some other beachfront places we have previously stayed. Pool area is clean (and the pool is HEATED!) Great to have beach chairs and umbrella for our stay provided in the weekly rental. Well located in the heart of Destin beaches.

Perfect location

This condo is superb! Beautifully remodeled and well appointed - everything you need is here. The 6th floor location is perfect for spotting dolphins, rays, and sharks from the balcony. When we return to Destin, this is where we'll stay.

Sterling Sands Vacation

We had a great time this year at Sterling Sands. We've been coming here for years. Our condo was excellent. Very modern feel and everything worked as advertised. We received our door key code early, and upon arrival found the condo clean and ready for our stay. Having The Track right across the street is a plus when vacationing with teenagers. We highly recommend Merlins Pizza also, which is also right across the street.

Family 2024 Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation. Condo was beautiful and clean. View from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. Our host Angie was the best. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. If you don’t want to eat out due to crowds and wait times, this room provides lots of cookware and utensils needed to have meals during your stay. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to our next stay.

Condo has everything you might need for a beach visit and cooking! Beautiful view! I have stayed at this resort at least 15-20 times in the past 20 years. This room has been the best yet by far! Owner really made it feel like home. Great place for the family!

2023 Beach Vacation

Best condo we’ve stayed in the last several years! The condo building is well kept and in the best location. The unit was nice and comfortable and filled with everything you could possibly need. There were a few items (pots and pans) that could use an upgrade but still usable. Check in was so easy and quick. Angie was so nice and quick to respond to emails and maintenance was quick to respond when electrical/WI-FI issues popped up. Would highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo in a Great Location

We have stayed at Sterling Sands for the last five years and it is our FAVORITE location! This unit was (by far) had the best stocked kitchen of all the ones we've ever stayed in. A handful of spices and/or nonperishable pantry goods (e.g., syrup, etc) plus laundry and dishwashing detergent was all available. Additionally there were loads of dishes, pans, cookie sheets, appliances, etc. The owner was very responsive to messages via VRBO app and text. Check in was a breeze, but if you've never stayed at Sterling Sands before you may find it a little confusing b/c the HOA has a process you must complete...that's beyond the property owner's control. It's not hard, but can be confusing for first timers. We will hands down be back...and most likely in this very same unit for years to come! Thanks for a great stay!!

Great Week Away

The property was a wonderful place for 6 of us to stay for the week. It had more then enough room for everyone and the place looked just as listed! Great communication from booking through the entire stay. Check in process was easy and the we were able to get right in at the check in time. The place was clean and was supplied with anything we may have forgot or needed. The condo has a beautiful view of the water and we were able to see dolphins swimming most mornings. It was a short quick walk to the beach/pool in the mornings with easy access. With kids we were looking for somewhere not to have to cross roads or get to a public beach. This condo gave great access to a private beach that we were able to enjoy daily. No complaints on the condo itself or the grounds and would definently consider staying again!

Nice unit. Very well equipped with many extras. Quality look. Unit was great overall. One outlet in the kitchen left of the stove needs replacing. Only real issue was cleanliness. It looked fine but these were without questions the dirtiest floors I have encountered in many years of stays in this property and others in the area. That was years ago in a much lower quality property not one costing $3,000 for the week. Great property but poor cleaning service.

I specifically chose this condo because we were traveling with a very active crawling infant and needed to know she would be safe to roam around. I liked how there was not a lot of furniture on the floor she could get into. The condo is so comfortable and has everything you could possibly need—just like the comforts of home. Website listing was accurate. Beach service was easy to obtain. We were not picky about sitting in the front row near the water simply because we had a lot of baby gear. Everyone was super friendly. The owner was very prompt in her responses. Check in process super easy if you do it online ahead of time. Overall we had the best vacation and will probably stay at this property again!

Relaxing getaway on the beach

Our family of four had a very nice stay at this beach condo. It was clean and remodeled to have more contemporary decor. Kitchen was very easy to maneuver and the kids loved the large island seating area. Pool was within sight so we were able to see our teenager from the room. This was our first trip to Destin and it is as beautiful as people claim! The beach view is breathtaking! Our biggest con was regarding other tenants so not reflected in the property. Some people held the elevator on other floors so there were long waits at times. Second, there was construction on another unit right above us which begun at 9am on the dot for 3 days in a row. Went to the condo association and this is allowed from 9 to 5 so nothing can be done about the noise, we were just the lucky ones for timing. Overall we had a great stay and would return again!
