It's a great place for a family vacation. Overall it was a great experience, except for few cockroaches in the kitchen and living area.

What a incredible home! A very short golf cart ride to the beach. Very private back yard and great neighbors!! We canโ€™t wait to book for next year!! This home is really nice with more than enough room for everyone!!

Great Stay!

We had a great time and plenty of room for seven (even had a spare bedroom)! Property was clean, everything was well-stocked and available, exactly as advertised. Previous guests left some pretty disgusting-smelling trash in the recycle bin when they left, but thatโ€™s no fault of the property owners (we came just before the trash takeout day). I hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did!

Excellent Location Beautiful Property Loved the Golf Cart

You can't beat this house if you are visiting Destin. You are a short golf cart drive to the beach which is the best way to visit the beach and avoid sand in your car or hoofing it. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities. We brought our eight year old and she said it was the best vacation ever! I would definitely stay here again.

A Home Away From Home

The home was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It truly felt like a home away from home. The beach is literally across the street from the subdivision and also has a community pool, fitness center and tennis courts. The golf cart and the bikes were also an added bonus. I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends when visiting Destin, FL.

Beautiful Home

We have always stayed on the beach, but we really enjoyed this place! The golf cart won us over! And we loved the bicycles too. Beautiful home, much larger than expected. I would recommend this house 100 percent!

Absolutely wonderful stay in Destin!!!

We came for a week with family and friends, it was a perfect home to enjoy everything we wanted to do on our visit! Short walK to the beach, the golf cart made going back and forth very convenient. Location was close to restaurants, shopping, grocery. Very clean house, they provided everything you need for the beach and living comfortably. We were sad to leave, would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you so much.

Perfect Location for Family Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed the short walk to the beach; Some took advantage of community hot tub. Short drive to stores and restaurants. Everything we needed was provided at the house. Even though the weather was not the best for outside activities we made use of the large living room for reading and watching Elf on Christmas Eve. The 10 seat dining table was perfect for family games each night.

We loved this property. Short trip to the beach with a great golf cart that made transporting toys/coolers/chairs and everyone to the beach every morning. The home is located in a cul-de-sac so there was space for kids to play out front without having to worry about traffic. The house had coolers on site if you didn't bring one, an ice machine so we could pack them. Plenty of storage space for groceries and drinks. All the beach chairs/bikes/toys to make a family trip more fun. Will definitely rent again!

2020 spring break

The house is beautiful and made us feel like home, the only thing that didnโ€™t work was that master bath tub with the jacuzzi, but everything else was great.
