A starter supply of essentials is provided to begin your stay, including:
• Travel-size body wash and shampoo/conditioner
• Dishwasher detergent, kitchen scrubber, dish soap

• One roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Cleaning supplies are also provided. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of stay. We do offer an additional essentials package at an additional cost. Please inquire if needed.

• Strictly no narcotics or medicinal narcotics

• Minimum rental age is 25; no student groups
Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly home with prior approval only. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Please contact management before booking with pet details.

• Maximum of 2 pets
Additional Notes
• Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach
• Community pools are heated during Spring Break only
• The spa/hot tub is not jetted and does not heat significantly warmer than the pool
