Private Pool - Custom Home -45 Sec Walk To The Beach!

Beach Break is a luxury custom three story home with an additional carriage house located behind the main house. Nestled in Kokomo Kove, just steps to the beach, this fabulously upscale home is sure to delight you new furnishings, flat screen TVs throughout, crown molding, fine lighting as well as all the finest trimmings! Upon entering Beach Break, on the left you will find a queen bedroom that can serve as a master with fine bedding, an en-suite full bathroom with a single vanity, and a jet tub and shower combo. To the right, you'll see a second bedroom with a queen bed. There is another full bathroom accessible from the hall finished with a glass shower fully equipped with a rainforest shower head as well as a handheld shower head and a single vanity with an upscale sink. To the rear of the house you will find a media room with two unique murphy beds that fold down from the wall. One is a queen and the other is a twin and they both have luxury thick mattresses. This room boasts access to the rear entry by the pool and sundeck. On the 2nd floor of the main house, you will find the incredible chefs' kitchen with everything you need to cook in style along with a Viking four burner gas stove which also has a BBQ grill and flat grill built into it, a large stainless fridge and freezer, a great wine fridge, built in wine rack, two ovens, a counter prep sink, and a large and deep stainless farmers sink. There is a convenient half bath in the hall of the 2nd floor just opposite a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the exquisite teak dining table with plenty of seating next to the kitchen or sit around the exotic imported blue bahia granite kitchen counter. Just across from the dining area, the living room offers a quiet retreat with a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, built in bookcases, a new sofa sleeper with two beautiful coastal chairs and access to the front balcony where you will find a 2 patio tables and chairs. Away from it all, you will find the king master bedroom on the third floor with fine bedding, a private master bathroom finished out with travertine and granite, a jet tub with a flat screen TV built in to watch as you relax, a separate walk in tile and glass shower with rainforest shower head, separate water closet, his and hers vanities with granite counters, and a master closet fit for a king and queen. Down the hall, you will find a triple bunk bed with three twin beds each having their own tv. The 3rd floor also offers a balcony facing the east and another facing the west so you won't have any problems seeing the sun rise or set over top of the beautiful crystal beaches. In between the main house and the carriage house is the oasis where you will find a private pool and whirlpool that has heating available for a daily or weekly fee. Your serenity pool is very large and provides plenty of room for all. With lots of seating options, you will have plenty of time to enjoy comfortably hanging around the pool with all your friends. Located close by you will also find an outdoor shower. The main floor to the carriage house is where you will find the cabana room It features a 70 inch tv that can be viewed from the pool, a kitchenette, a full bathroom and indoor seating. Upon going upstairs, you will see a fully equipped kitchen, a cafe height table with two tall chairs, double stacked washer/dryer, a full bathroom with walk in shower, as well as the bedroom. The bedroom offers custom built 1000 year old sinker cypress beds. There are two queen size beds and two twin beds all setup as a unique bunk style room. There is also access to the 2nd floor balcony with great views of the Gulf and the pool. Up to the third floor, you will see a wet bar area, and just out the door you will find a large sun tanning balcony with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and surrounding community. It is the perfect place for you to take in the sun during the day or the stars at night! Come and relax in true tranquility at the beautiful and luxurious homes of Beach Break! **There is plenty of room to park up to four mid-sized vehicles on the "U" shaped driveway as well as another 4 vehicles beside the house, but no campers or trailers please since the driveway is narrow beside the home.

Nice house for a beach vacation. Ample rooms for the while family. Clean and stoked well with cooking utensils. Short walk to the beach. Which was an amazing white sand beach! The pool was a nice addition to the vacation and we used it alot! I would stay here again!

We stayed here with a group of 7 adults and 2 kids under 2 years old. There was plenty of space for each family to have their own room at night, which was amazing. The house is a little more worn than we expected, but the neighborhood and private pool were great. When we arrived, there was an issue with the hot tub, but Duane was super responsive and even got a tech to come out and fix the problem ASAP which was so appreciated. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this property to families looking for a quiet place to stay near the beach.

Amazing property

This beautiful property was everything we were looking for in a vacation home. The description is exactly what you get. The pool was warm and the very very short walk to the beach was perfect. We had the most amazing vacation.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. Short walk to the beach. Pool and Jacuzzi were nice and warm. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The location is perfect with lots to do with in a short drive time. We loved it.

Excellent vacation home

We had a great family vacation at the house. It’s truly a short distance to the private beach and we loved that we could rent beach chairs and umbrellas. We also rent a golf cart and enjoyed driving it around the area. We will definitely be back.

Christmas Vacation

We rented the place so our combined family could be together but also have some privacy. The two houses combined with the pool in between was perfect. The place was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the heated pool was perfect!The location was ideal, steps from the beach, and close to shopping. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home!!

Amazing!!!

Incredible property...has everything...the host was very responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful plus you have a separate pool house included. Short walk across the street to an amazing beach. Also very convenient to a variety of restaurants. Highly recommend this property and will be back!!!

Wonderful place so close to the beach. The pool in the back was so great for our large family with babies to adults. Well stocked kitchen. The property is in very good condition. We had an electrical problem and property manager was very attentive.

Great property

The property was exactly as described. The property had great air conditioners in both houses, and it conveniently slept our family of 13. Very close to the beach with private access. Would highly recommend. Owner was very good to communicate and reply.

Girls getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay and would recommend the house to others. The only negative is communication with the owner. Since our group was charged for damages, i wouls like to know what the damages were and I'm having trouble getting in touch with him.

What a location!!

Our family travels every year down to Destin and there are 8 of us that vary from young kids to adults - so, the first thing I’m always looking for is an easy walk to the beach…and this place delivered! It’s across 30A and house away from the beach gate, maybe a 30 second walk until your feet are in the sand. Great house with plenty of living space and the pool topped it off. Awesome communication with Duane as well. We weren’t ready to leave and thankfully the place was available to extend another day - just a GREAT spot for families who go to beach daily!!

Family Beach Vacay

We took our extended family to the beach! There were 15 people total, 4 families. The separate carriage house made getting quiet time and privacy so much easier. The large kitchen and dining area in the main house was perfect for gathering for meals and games! The pool/hot tub combo was exactly what we needed to entertain kids and adults after resting up from a day at the beach. The location is amazing! It was an easy walk to to the beach to set up our tent and chairs even with 7 kids in tow. And you could walk or take a quick drive to dinner and activities. 100% recommend this rental!

Great location

Location and space were both great. We enjoyed the pool having a mix of shade and sun. Negative was the oven didn't work. This was a known issue that wasn't communicated to us ahead of time (found out after reporting it), so some of our groceries went unused. Waiting on parts to fix and things having issues is understood, but would have preferred to know up front. We easily could have packed an air fryer or bought different groceries. Right side of oven didn't work at all, left side only got up temp at highest setting and burnt most things in the oven. Unfortunate on the oven as the rest of the space and trip was great.
