Lazy Palms #301: Spacious, Family Affordable & Great Location!

Two Bedroom - Two full baths on ground floor near pool. Three flat-screen TVs. King bed in Master Bedroom, two queens in guest bedroom. Queen Sofa-Sleeper. Screened-in back porch.  Owner provided Wi-Fi internet and Washer/Dryer. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Family Spring Break

Great spot for a family! Kid friendly, with pool 30 yards away and beach a short 5 minute walk. Very quiet and private condo complex. Would stay here again in future!

Summer vacation

We had a great stay at this location. It was perfect for us and 3 kids. Plenty of space and a backyard to play in. We would definitely stay here again.

We never were able to connect to the wi-fi. I email the manager/owner and asked for the password, never received. Other than that it was a wonderful experience!!

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was nice and accommodated our needs, and has plenty of parking. Also, it is directly across from the pool. The kids in the unit above us did get pretty loud though.

Good overall

Furniture a little dated for four adults and more fitting for family with children. Patio furniture could use some Up dating as well. Overall great location and I would revisit again.

Good location & community. Poor housekeeping.

The location to the gulf and community of people were very good. The condo was very dirty - bathrooms, floors, cabinets and furniture. The living room/dinning furniture and kitchen cabinets/ stove are old and need replacement. Beds were comfortable. We worked with housekeeping for a better cleaning and still had to follow up with vacuuming and cleaning of floors. The washer and dryer left dark spots on clothes. The wall decor was pleasing. The property manager ( Richard) did his best to contact housekeeping for cleaning and pest control to spray for cockroaches. We left the condo cleaner than when we arrived!

Super place to stay!

Easy to rent online. We arrived early met with Richard and Ashley. She took my phone number to call when condo was ready. They let us use their facilities to change into our bathing suits to go enjoy the beach which was across the street from the condos. Could not beat the location! Walking distance to restaurants, bars and some Badass coffee! Just a great place to stay!

BEST PLACE

This property was amazing! We loved our stay here. The property was so close to the beach (right across the street), it was big and clean, affordable, and met all of our needs. Everything was perfect and will definitely be booking again in the future.

I could not rate this stay high enough! It was so clean and there was plenty of room for our family of six. Loved everything about it! Sometimes you don’t know what you’re going to get when you reserve online but this unit was way more than we could have imagined!!! Also, the area is AMAZING! Such a beautiful place to stay! The day we were checking out, we met the nicest gentleman who helped us get ice for our trip home and was super kind and helpful!!! Would definitely stay there again in the future!! Thank you!! G.
