With over 2,700 square feet of opulent living space, this 4-bedroom, 4-bath stylishly furnished rental SLEEPS up to 10 guests.
Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico, picturesque panoramic views of the emerald gulf waters can be celebrated throughout this Shangri-la. Penthouse 709 showcases an open floor plan with fully-appointed kitchen overlooking the dining room and living area. Enjoy meals with friends and family at the large dining table followed by movie night with plenty of comfy seating in the living room. 
Neighboring the living room is a Master Bedroom with balcony access and en suite bathroom with spacious tub and separate shower. Also on the first floor is a bedroom hosting one queen bed and a bathroom with large shower. 
The boundless master suite on the 2nd floor with private bathroom offers privacy and grandeur. This room includes a king size bed, enclave with seating and a triple window boasting penthouse views of the gorgeous white sand and shimmering gulf. Spectacular bird’s-eye view!   Stately en suite bathroom includes a whirlpool tub as well as a separate walk-in shower. Also upstairs, you’ll find a cozy fourth bedroom, a spacious loft area offering a breakfast area with mini fridge, and a second small living area with TV and sofa sleeper, ideal hideout for the kids to have their own space.
There are 6 flat screen TV’s, 4 DVD players, 1 stereo w/CD player and full-sized washer and dryer. New twin mattresses fall 2020; new furniture in spring of 2020, and all new king mattresses fall 2018.
