As a ground-floor unit, this beautifully decorated condo is just steps from the beach, providing the perfect haven for relaxation.

Unit 104 features tile floors throughout, creating a clean and modern atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience, along with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and upgraded cabinets. The living room is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a leather couch, a 65-inch TV with a DVD player, and a sound bar for enhanced audio. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a 65-inch TV, while the master bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a tall toilet. The guest bedroom includes a full bed and a set of twin bunk beds, and the guest bathroom features a tub, making it ideal for families of up to six.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.
