Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our week in Destin. Great view of the gulf, where we were able to see dolphins swim. Our room was just as it was described. Beds were very comfortable and being able to listen to the waves crashing was great. Location was great as well. We could walk to some places but driving to others was very easy. Definitely recommend staying at Emerald towers.

Great location- enjoyed our stay

We loved the building mostly because it is not over crowded. It was well maintained and the staff was courteous. The room was as described and the view was gorgeous. As others have said, the carpets need to be taken out of the bedrooms. At the very least, put down an area rug to cover those high traffic areas. But overall we had an excellent stay and plan on returning in the future.

Our stay was horrible we slept on mattresses that were all used up 10 years ago so it was like aleeping on springs wvery songle bed and the livingroom furniture very uncomfortable. Bathroom shower door was broke oh my the lost goes on and we are all still recovering from our horrible stay

One of my favorite areas to stay

Overall our trip was great, but arrived to find a broken bed in the second bedroom, a master bath clogged with hair, a broken sprayer in the kitchen and a dishwasher that would not work. The first two items were rectified quickly. The unit itself was clean, but the master bedroom carpet needs to be taken out, as it was very dirty and worn.

Property manager was excellent. Outside was keep immaculate. I left a list of repairs and ipdates that need to be made....from cleanliness to leaking toilet. Too pricey for the quality

Could’ve been better

Property was nice but missed the mark in some ways. Tv signal kept going out and didn’t have WiFi to connect to personal Netflix, etc. no sponge, dishwasher det, etc and were down to just a few sheets of toilet paper by checkout.

Great trip. Nice facilities. However, the WIFI in the room never worked. We could connect for a few minutes, then it would fail every time. And we could never re-connect. We finally gave up trying.

Fun Vacation

We had a great stay with wonderful views. Plenty of parking, fast elevators, friendly guests and owners. The property left plenty of towels and has basic stuff for dishes, laundry, and toiletries. Cons The carpet looked like it could definitely be cleaner. The showers had some mold growing around them. The tv did not work correctly and you couldn’t watch any Netflix or anything like that. Which isn’t a big deal but we did have bad weather a few days that it would’ve been nice. We managed to get it on a new channel and couldn’t get it on anything else. You couldn’t open the dish washer because of the stove.so it was a little hard to use. Overall we had a great time

Location and view were great. Saw dolphins often. Sand is super white and so soft. Condo itself was nice but had a few maintainence issues... bulbs, toliet that ran, toaster that didnt work... minor but hopefully fixed soon. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen not huge but very usable. We were surprised there werent any supplies, even salt and pepper. Then found out from a local that FL laws prohibits that. Weird. We would come here again though

This property has pros and cons. We will list them here. As we don’t know how else to let the owner know. Pros Good location Condo was clean Nice office staff on duty. Reasonably priced Nice tennis/pickle ball courts Cons Needs owner attention!! Toaster doesn’t work. (Someone reviewed and said this back several months ago.) Main TV is a smart tv but isn’t hooked up to Wi-Fi. Carpet in bedrooms is gross. It’s shot.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, courteous staff, and comfortable accommodation. The bedding was excellent and we had most of what we needed. Like others said, the carpet in both rooms needs to be removed. At the very least, put down an area rug to cover those high traffic areas that are the issue.
