Emerald Towers 1202 features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to six guests. The open-concept living and dining area offers stunning ocean views and plenty of cozy seating, including a sofa and loveseat. Relax while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy the views from the private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a dining table for six and a breakfast bar that seats four. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and direct balcony access, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen TV. Thanksgiving stay

Wonderful location and accommodations. The only negative feedback we have is the difficulty of using the sliding glass door to the patio. It needs some adjustment to ease use.

Great Vacation on Destin Beach!

The Condo was everything we hoped for. Comfortable, clean and everything we needed for a great vacation. The property was beautiful and the management was so accommodating. The views from the balcony were outstanding. Well stocked kitchen and great condo layout. Great location on the most beautiful beach. We would defiantly go back!

Great condo, fabulous location. The woman at the front desk was very helpful/friendly. The only negative was there was no skillet, just a lid? So we had to buy a skillet. No pizza pan either. But all in all a Great place! Would stay again😊

Great location

The property was s in a perfect spot. We did not have to travel more that three miles to get to our destination. The condo looked out onto the beach and was such a beautiful site. The master on-suite needs an upgrade, however it was workable.

Very nice Property. Awesome View.

Very comfortable unit. Extremely clean. Nothing worn, broken or dirty. Fantastic view of the beach and gulf. Central location to everything in Destin. Not as crowded on the beach as some of the bigger complexes. Great beach staff. Rental chairs and umbrellas not included in room rate but available on the beach. Private umbrellas were not allowed. Would book here again.

Nice condo..main bathroom needs upgrade but it was fine....had directions for tv remote but still could not figure it out...would stay here again..well priced..rated communication with manager as 3 to finish the review but there was no communication with the manager

great location/condo has issues

Condo needs cleaned of mold/mildew in bathroom. Fix lights and doors. Better mattresses and pillows. Fix paint hanging off vents and all the dust. Views and location was great. Would stay at property again but not in that condo. Did not want to cook as cockroaches in the kitchen sink.

Unresponsive Host

Upon arrival, the condo had not been cleaned. Host could not been contacted - even through VRBO Customer Service. VRBO Customer Service could not find us another property. Having already paid, we cleaned the place ourselves & washed the linens. Host did not respond to any of the many emails, phone calls & texts for 48 hours. We were refunded the cleaning fee, but I won't stay with a Scenic Stay Property again.

Nice condo, poor communication

Communication with Scenic Stays was terrible. The condo changed from two beds to one queen bed and it took multiple attempts (calls, email, VRBO messages) before I could get an answer. I asked for a new property or at least a small discount to cover the cost of the air mattress we'd have to buy but after weeks of not hearing back, was told no, and the alternative properties were not equal to what we had booked. The condo itself was nice and we had a great time but would not use Scenic Stays again.
