When you arrive, the 2nd floor exterior staircase brings you to the wrap-around covered balcony with wooden rocking chairs. The living area is beautifully decorated with a comfortable large sectional sleeper sofa, swivel chair, TV, and the area is blessed with sunlight through the plantation shutters. It’s a great place to easily converse, watch a movie or curl up with your favorite book. The dining room has a gorgeous expansive table with 10 seagrass chairs and French Doors which leads to the wrap-around balcony, yet another great area to toast and create family memories. The Master Bathroom has a tile and glass enclosed shower, 2 vanities and separate water closet with a commode. The Guest Master Bathroom has a shower/tub combo, vanity and commode.
