Guest Access:
A few important details to keep in mind when booking our property:
-Check in time is 4PM CST & Check out time is 10AM CST. These times are not flexible, as the property size requires planned maintenance, cleaning at every guest departure. Plan your trip accordingly to arrive at 4PM or later, and depart at 10AM or earlier.
-We rent to student groups under age 25 with PRIOR permission (not all groups are approved). A $100 Cash deposit from each guest & student rules agreed to and signed are required at check in.
-We do offer golf cart rentals, but this amenity is NOT included in your stay. Please inquire for pricing unique to your trip dates.
-We can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, but unfortunately do not have adequate space for any RV's, boats, or trailers. Street parking and blocking the sidewalk is not permitted & may incur fines by the City Of Destin.
-All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.
-We are pet friendly with a $200 fee.

We are LOCAL & always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response. Our strong preference is communication directly through your booking platform so that we have all the details of your trip to make assisting you a breeze. For more immediate needs and emergencies please place a phone call to Matthew (and be sure to know the logistics of your trip such as the dates and location). We can be reached most times of the day, but ask for no late night contact-we will do our absolute best to take care of any needs and questions as soon as they arise!
