Great condo in Destin. Centrally located to all entertainment and restaurants. Don't have to cross any major road to walk to beach. Pool was fantastic for kids. Check in was easy breezy. Host very communicative. Would book again 100%. Thanks Susan!

Overall it was a great experience. The location in the heart of Destin overlooking the beach with nice amenities such as restaurants, pools, beach chairs made it a great time. The room had extra beach toys, boogie boards which really helped out. Overall cleanliness could be improved. That aside still highly recommend!

Great condo, for the most part. Has enduring, including a can opener, scissors, wine opener- you just got to look for them. No air fryer. Shout out to all those who added to a decent seasoning stock pile. Beds were comfy, sheets were clean. Carpets - old, stained, dirty. Rip'em out, tile, and just use cheap area rugs. Decor - well, that's the 1st time I've been on a beach vacay and wondered what it would be like to go on a safari! The location - LOVE IT. The pool and easy access to the beach - PERFECT!! I HIGHLY recommend reserving Beach chairs wayyyyy before you get there! Over all, it was a great vacation and I'd stay there again.

This was a clean property but the complaints we had to do more with Sterling Shores. The listing said heated pool and hot tub. There was a heated pool but not the one pictured. It was across the street and small and no hot tub was found. Waking up early to see what we could see of the beach on our balcony there were loud neighbors and loud music from their place. For the price we also felt we were too far from the beach as well. The host was easy to get ahold of and checkin was great. The place was also clean and well stocked with every essential thing we needed.

Unobstructed view of pool and ocean

Great view of the pool and ocean. Condo was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our week stay. Great location. Beach and pool always had plenty of room. Owner was quick to reply when contacted. I'd recommend this unit to others.

We liked the clean, beach view room. The balcony facing the beach was nice. The view was great! The kitchen was very well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cookware, etc. The unit also had beach stuff - a couple of beach chairs, a few beach towels, noodles, Styrofoam cooler to take to the beach. It was like being at a home away from home. A few things that could have been improved. - The second bedroom had no closet and was small. The property had no hot tub as listed. The directions from the host on how to get into the property were a little off. There are 3 elevators at the property and only one of them was working 6 out of the 7 days. I contacted the host that there were no extra kitchen garbage bags. She responded to my text, but did not resolve the issue. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Good location / nice place

We travel a lot to Destin. It’s close to the beach and has a nice pool. Close to the elevator and quiet. First time we have ever had to wash and dry our towels before leaving and requested not to remove the sheets from the beds we used. Should you stay there, the coffee pot is not a Keurig as we were told. You need ground coffee.

Great location

The location of the apartment was phenomenal! It was awesome to have two pools and a private beach. The apartment was ok. It’s a little outdated and the bedrooms are small but it was clean. We did not have the correct gate code initially which made getting into the building difficult. The host did respond quickly though. Overall, the location more than makes up for the older apartment decor.

Great views

Property was nice and location was great. Only con of the stay was the request to wash all the things that were used and take out all the trash. I figured thats why we are charged a initial cleaning fee. Also some complimentary hygiene would of been a plus. Overall though it was a nice place that we would visit again. Will recommend!!!

Great location

Location was great but room wasn’t the best. Bathrooms were dirty when we checked in. Tables and counter top were dusty. Seemed as if another family had just left and cleaned the place themselves. Didn’t seem to be professionally cleaned.
