The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating around the flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray player. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. A laundry area is centrally located in the condo with a full-size washer and dryer for convenience.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a modernized private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a luxurious jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. The guest bedroom has a private updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Perfect Escape!

This was the perfect getaway for us! The pool was beautiful, we enjoyed the beach and especially enjoyed the poolside cabana to store items, have a relaxing lunch each day and to take a break from the heat. We plan to return!

Very nice complex. 1402 was in great shape and had an incredible view pool, beach and ocean. the free umbrella and chairs are a big plus as well. good location to shops and dining. will stay there again in future

I feel the property could be a tad more updated for what we paid. The cons were the third bedroom has no privacy, we put our kiddos in there so not a huge deal, but definitely worth mentioning. And the air was good in the main rooms, but hot in the bedrooms. Also, the floors were very dirty. I didn't bother/hassle with calling Compass to clean again, so I will disclose that. Pros were the place was very well stocked with towels/toilet paper, etc. The patio furniture was great, there was a lot of it.

Great space!

We loved our stay at Silver Shells! This unit was great for 6 adults plus a baby. Plenty of room to spread out between the large living and dining area, balcony and large bedrooms so we never felt like we were on top of each other. Easy access to pool and beach was wonderful. So nice to be able to take the baby out and be back for naptime without having to pack everything up. Beds were very comfortable. We did pretty much have to wear shoes/socks inside the entire time we were there but I think that is just beach/Florida life. The balcony view was so wonderful although a little hot/uncomfortable during the day but that is late August. I kept thinking it would be nice to have some sort of fan out there for the hotter months of the year. The management company was great to work with and were available to answer any questions I had before and during the stay. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Destin.

This condo had everything at St Maarten, beautiful views from both king rooms and living room! Everything worked in the condo, no calls for any maintenance! Loved the elevator to the room! The lobby is stunning! Close to all restaurants and Walmart! Great food & drink service to beach! Gracie was awesome! One downfall, didn't allow personal umbrellas, even on back row. No biggie though. Check in & out was a breeze! The extremely large pool was never crowded! Loved our stay! 5 Stars! Cabot, AR

Nice and Well Appointed But!!!

Condo, was cleaned but floors were still dirty. It appeared they had not been mopped in some time. Toilets were dirty, and shower had mold. Shower drains didn't drain properly. Patio furniture was worn and broken.

Wonderful place!

Very pleasant accommodations with a wonderful view. The semi-private elevator worked out beautifully. There were a lot of children on the beach but that may be true of the entire Destin area.

When we arrived the property was clean and ready for use. It was located near a Walmart so it made shopping easy. The condo was as advertised. I can't say it enough every thing about the property was great. On my next visit to Destin. Fl. I will try to use the same condo

AWESOME!!!

There were 5 of us that stayed in condo over Labor Day weekend, it was AWESOME! Great location, property was very well maintained! Loved having our own parking and own elevator! Condo was absolutely amazing, exactly how it was described! We will be back !!!

Great Condo for Family Vacation!

There were 7 of us staying in this condo, and it was perfect! The view was AMAZING! The pool is huge! This condo is very well-appointed and was comfortable enough for us 7 adults. 9 adults could be pushing it. My only critiques are I don't think the bed in the 3rd bedroom is a queen size. More like a full. Sleeper sofa is more like a full size as well. Also, one suggestion for the owner: consider adding a privacy barrier like a privacy screen or hanging a curtain of some sort from an expansion rod in the opening to the 3rd bedroom for a little added privacy for that room. It was nice to be able to walk to The Back Porch restaurant & having several others close by. Such a great condo & will definitely rent it again! :)

Awesome Condo!

We stayed from 5/23-5/30/2015 and the condo was absolutely beautiful! The grounds were very clean, pool was HUGE, and everything was exactly as described. Loved having our own elevator right outside the door! Plus we were very close to everything.... Walmart, Big Kahuna's Water Park, and the Boardwalk. Will definitely be back!!!
