Canal-Front, one bedroom, one bath condo, which is a bottom floor unit. Deep water canal to dock your boat or watercraft right in front of Unit. The canal provides gulf access and offers reserved docking with power and water hookup.
Docking fee per vessel.


Unit has fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, king size bed, and is high speed internet ready (wireless). We provide all of the comforts of home in a tropical paradise.

Unit is tastefully decorated with a tropical flair. Patio overlooks the harbor, which is home to blue heron, seagulls, and a family of ducks that have made this home. Enjoy relaxing on the extended deck watching the sun set over the Destin harbor.

- 43 acres of paradise right in the Heart of Destin, Florida! 24 hour Security for your protection. You can let go, relax and have the reassurance that your family is safe within the confines of Sandpiper Cove! Once you arrive at Sandpiper Cove, you will only leave to restock the refrigerator.

Enjoy 5 swimming pools or enjoy one of the 3 hot tubs, play a round of golf on the 9-Hole Par 3 golf course that meanders through the property. You want more activity? Try one of 6 tennis courts! Great location!

The property has lots to do. The unit was adequate but sofa bed was hard to get out. Unit shows its age but great price! Deck is spacious and beautiful sunsets. Fireworks on Thursday nights.

This property is perfect for us. It’s so easy to relax, but also convenient to go to the best restaurants, the beach, and the harbor. Not our first time here, and won’t be our last! The owner is very accommodating and pleasant!

We loved this property. The property was very clean and we'll maintained. The deck on the canal was a very nice touch. Not a far walk/drive to pools as well as the beach. The owner responds to you very quickly when you need him. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything great EXCEPT

Place was exactly as described. Little small but great for the two of us. Patio was great!! The only sucky thing was the MATTRESS on the bed!! It needs to replaced……last year!!!! So uncomfortable. You can tell where people slept because of the flattened springs on BOTH sides with a hill in the middle. There is no way the owners would sleep on it.

Absolute best!

Our trip consisted of one adult and two preteen girls and our dog. It was an absolute perfect stay. Everything was clean, organized, and high standards. AC works great, bathtub is well kept, the kitchen is well stocked, appliances very clean, bed was super comfy. Strangely, my favorite part about the inside of the condo was the super soft towels. Out of all the condos and hotels I’ve stayed at, these are by far the best! They were wonderful on our sunburnt shoulders! The location was perfect for us. Right on the canal with a cozy deck overlooking and a hammock underneath. Pool was great, and the closeness to the beach was outstanding. I highly recommend this condo.

We Love This Place!

This is by far our favorite place to stay in Destin! We’ve stayed there 4x now. The condo is perfect with a full kitchen and great patio. We bring our boat so we can walk right outside and hop in without the hassle of a boat ramp. We use the tennis courts, and our favorite part about it is it’s dog friendly! Also a perfect location to walk to the beach, and plenty of sidewalks near by to go on bike rides.

Locations is great!

We loved our stay.Location was amazing and walkable everywhere. Grocery store right next to it. We really enjoyed the beach 🏖️ Condo is dated and has too much furniture but over all had everything we needed. The only thing that we really struggled with was the bed.. It was so uncomfortable that my husband slept on the floor for the last 2 nights.

The property was a small cute little condo. It could use a little bit of updates but it worked perfect for us. The hot water and pressure in the shower was tricky but we made it work. The location was perfect. The owners were also very good with communication which made it even better.

Excellent facilities and best host ever!

The condo was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and the sunset view is amazing! We particularly enjoyed sitting outdoors on the deck and relaxing. The staff people at the guard shack were friendly and professional, and our host was very accommodating regarding any requests or questions we had. Overall, a great experience. This was not our first time there, and we will continue to stay there any time we’re considering a trip to the gulf coast, providing there’s availability!

The most convenient place in the world

We had a great time at Billys property. The unit was much more flattering in person and Sandpiper cove is a beautiful and well thought out complex. Other than driving down to the main strip of bars/restaurants, you dont need to go ANYWHERE! There are multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk, a bar and snack shop directly on the private beach, and the grocery store is parallel to Sandpiper across the street. Couldnt ask for more, and cant wait to come back and stay again!

This is our second time at this location and we absolutely love the place. We spend alot of time on the large balcony feeding the fish and ducks. It is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beautiful private beach. Billy is always very helpful and is available to answer all questions. Highly revommend.

Fabulous Week In Destin!

We orginally had some difficulty with the lock box. Communication with the Property Manager was fast and helpful. The property was as described. We loved sitting on the deck every morning! We loved the private beach! The Homeowners around us were very nice and went out of their way to talk to us. We had a pleasant week and when we return, would have no problems staying here again. Thank you for having us.

Stay at Sandpiper Cove!

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo. The first floor walk in was convenient. The location to the beach was very nice. We chose to drive and it took a minute to and from. The private beach was never crowded for March. We appreciated that Billy was a great host and when our microwave broke he responded with another one in a timely manner. The unit had a roomy deck overlooking the canal. The heat and AC worked great and having a washer /dryer was very helpful. The only issue was that the bed could be more comfortable. All in all a great vacation. Thank you.

Great Location - Needs an Update

Overall, this is a solid location with some great features. The canal front veranda is amazing and a wonderful place to sit and relax. The furniture outside is sturdy, relatively new and perfectly suited for the environment. Loved the glider! The rest of the property is in need of an update. Note, the property is clean and perfectly serviceable. It has, however, seen better times. One of the couches is in need of a deep cleaning as it has stains left over from previous occupants whose pets were not cared for properly. The linens are in sore need of a refresh as are the towels. The bathroom faucets need replacement. Solidly, the air conditioner works VERY WELL. We had 100+ degree days and it was cool inside the condo. The resorts employees were friendly. The pools were immaculately kept and the private beach is incomparable. Never a fight for parking--it only belongs to condo owners and guests! Overall, we would definitely come back, but perhaps to an updated property.
