Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes.
Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertop.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; new queen mattresses April 2023; flat screen cable TV.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Great location, beach service was so nice, 2 chairs and umbrella come with condo but we also rented kayaks there. Air conditioner was excellent. Balcony is huge with amazing view.

Wonderful Condo

95% wonderful the only negative was that the refrigerator "cubed" function didn't work and only made crushed ice. We had to keep bags of ice on hand to use for cooler/drinks.

As advertised. Easy to book and super easy check-in. Email from unit manager gave all codes and info needed for a really stress free arrival. Unit was clean and everything was in order. Kitchen was stocked with everything that one could need! Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Great location on the beach. Easy to follow directions for check-out too!

Smell

Everything was as it said and we had a wonderful trip. The only thing that my husband and i didnt Like was the smell of ammonia/cat pee in the master bedroom. We kept the balcony door open the first night and then bought a bunch of Fabreeze but it still smelled.

Great location

The property has a fantastic location. Watching g the sun rise on the patio was spectacular. The amenities were great. Overall we had a great stay. The house overall was very clean except for the floors. They were sticky and we bought a mop to clean the floors which the mop pads weee black after 3 cleanings. Other than the floors everything was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is one of the elevators was broken and the other one is very slow, we ended up taking the stairs, up 7 floors, most of the time.

What a View!!!

So convenient !!! Best beach spot !!! We saw dolphins!!! We should’ve stayed longer… A few tips for future rentals… You should provide the basic seasonings .. sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon etc and cooking oil spray at least… another tip.. At least provide 1-2 pods of detergent for washing clothes … That would’ve been so helpful.. After a long drive, the last thing we wanted to do was go to the market for minor things…no But in all, what a relaxing time…

We loved that the building is only 12 stories. Less units means less people at the pool and the beach!The unit was very clean and had the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen in a rental. We will definitely consider staying here again. We were disappointed the building doesn’t have a place to put items for recycling. We had to bring home cans/bottles/paper to recycle.

Well-stocked kitchen. It was like home.Bathrooms and Kitchen - SPOTLESS. Big plus.Master bedroom - bed was very comfortable—great view from the room of the ocean. The second bedroom has two queens, we didn't need them but the room was spacious and inviting.Carolyn and her team were excellent. Responsive and accommodating. Some owners will not provide their cell phones. Carolyn encouraged you to text or call directly to her with any issues or concerns. Excellent customer service. The location was PERFECT for the beach. Walk out the back door of this building onto a very private beach area. Steps away.The beach service of the two chairs and the umbrella INCLUDED with your stay is a GREAT touch.Nice pool, clean and inviting.This property is HIGHLY recommended. Sitting on the balcony we were able to enjoy the view while dolphins gracefully swam down the beach. Any problems or questions our assistant Ms Carolyn was amazing and responded quickly. There is Chick-fil-A and Waffle House are located across the street. While Duncan Donuts is right beside the complex. Will not regret staying here. Enjoy!!
