  • Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 4th floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

    Complimentary WIFI. Master bedroom king size bed; cable TV; blackout drapes; attached master bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and single vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination and single vanity. Living room has cable TV; blackout drapes. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances. coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Separate freestanding ice machine; Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

    (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)


    Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
    100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
    50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
    No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
    We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


    No Pets Allowed
    No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
    Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

    Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Beautiful Condo!

This property is exactly as stated on line - it's beautifully decorated with everything you need for your stay. The bonus was a stand-alone ice machine, that was a nice surprise.

Exactly as described in the listing!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this spacious condo. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen much, it was fully equipped. A big plus was that parking was not an issue. There was so much to do in the area, but the breathtaking beach drew us in!! We felt so welcome and would most definitely stay here again - no doubt!

The Breakers 403

We had a very good stay. This place is clean and the views were beautiful! My only complaint would be that there was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors and some issues with the elevators. Also it would be nice if they would keep a few things like salt and pepper and coffee filters. But we would stay here again!

Great condo on the beach

Beautiful view from the balcony, I would stay here again. The ice maker came in handy. Property manager was great with communicating. Only downsides were that one elevator was down, (it was fixed when we left) and the pool appeared a bit cloudy. I would recommend this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked in, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, as well as the bathroom. It was clean, and had everything that we needed except laundry detergent, and I brought my own. The location was perfect, and close to restaurants, and grocery stores as well. Our only negative comment is that you have to let the hot water run for a few minutes before it ever gets warm, and there’s low water pressure, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. We would definitely stay there again!

It is so relaxing and the perfect time to come to the beach. This year was no different. My only complaint is that condo neighbors near us smoked weed a lot which made it hard to want to sit out on the balcony. It got so bad a couple of times that we had to shut the balcony door to avoid the condo smelling like weed

Our unit was lovely. Perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for dinners at home. We love to cook fresh seafood from Destin Ice!

Noisy Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately our experience to get some peace and quiet time was not what we got here. We ended up leaving 3 days early due to all the construction noise in the building and the building next door. There were hammer drills and hammering from 9am till 5pm each day making it impossible to relax. Even on the beach the sounds could be heard. I wish we would have been told there was construction going on, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Also the apartment was not equipped with black out curtains so the light from the outside corridor filled the bedroom making it very difficult to get any rest.If those things matter to you I would suggest finding out before completing your reservation. The beach is great and the view from the condo is great. Just wished we would have asked more questions about possible noise and light issues before booking.

The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes we needed! The bathrooms were very nice as well. The balcony was amazing!!

We love Breaker's East Condo rentals through your assistant at the Beach.
