Beautiful Luxury Beach Front 3-Bedroom - 5th Floor Condo with Resort Amenities

Located in the Silver Shells Resort, St. Maarten 508 is a three bedroom, three bathroom plus den condo offering over 2000 square feet. Located on the fifth floor, this beach view condo features a large patio with outdoor dining. Entering the unit via semi private elevator, you are greeted to the elegant foyer leading to the living room, dining and kitchen. The living room features a flat panel TV, and plenty of seating. Off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining with seating for 6 along with four bar stools in the kitchen.

The master suite features a king bed, flat panel TV, and sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony. The master bathroom offers double sinks, large tub and separate shower. Guest bedroom 2 offers a king bed, flat panel TV, sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony. Bathroom offers shower. Guest bedroom 3 features a king bed and the Laundry area features twin bunk beds. The washer/dryer is located in this area. The third hall bathroom offers a shower.

Silver Shells Resort is centrally located in Destin and is a gulf front resort offering over 600 feet of white sand beaches. Located in the center of the resort is the lagoon pool offering views of the Gulf of Mexico. A kid's pool and hot tub are also located in the pool area. Chaise loungers, sitting chairs and tables are also located on the pool deck. Beach attendants are available to offer beach chairs, umbrellas and water sport rentals including parasailing, wave runners, sailboats and kayaks.

On-site dining includes the famous Ruth's Chris steakhouse.

This condo can accommodate up to 8 people with parking available for two cars.

Mothers Day Retreat

We love the location and condo! Several lights were out (hallway, and master bedroom lamp). The condo is decorated beautiful but could use a deep clean. The bar had large food stains that we scrubbed during our stay. Overall would stay again

While the property was beautiful, we were told that each bathroom had an entrance off each bedroom. That was incorrect. One of the three had to go into the hall for entrance.

beautiful place but a few things to note

overall a beautiful place, beautiful views... the little things make a difference when paying to stay at a nice place and this condo lacked attn to detail. the public space for setting up your own beach chairs/umbrellas is small and crowded and the walk with your wagon will be quite a haul. no ice maker and no ice provided, you have to walk to the gym area by ruth chris and tennis courts to get ice and pay for it. No ice trays. The TV in den didnt work. AC is sub par.... does not get cold in master bedroom. If you want a cold condo , don't recommend staying here. Air filter needed changed. Theres no remote for fan in master so you are stuck with the setting they have it on. Water pressure is super strong, almost painful, in master shower, and pressure is very poor in guest hall bath shower. Master bath you must turn the drain spout to right when full or it makes a loud noise and drains.. The rugs are dark brown where there is foot traffic. We had a great week but these are just things to note that I wish I had known prior.
