This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo is well appointed with everything you need to make your vacation a spectacular one!

The second floor has a fully furnished kitchen, a living room / dining room combination, a half bathroom, washer/dryer and a spacious balcony. The unit has new furniture and rugs to ensure your vacation is relaxing. The open living room features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open the balcony. The oversized balcony overlooks the lake in Southbay that offers relaxing views of ducks and turtles. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized appliances as well as cookware and utensils needed to cook up a meal for the family. The dining area adjacent to the living room features a table with seating for 6.

The first floor has a master bedroom with a King size bed, master bathroom, the guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds. one has a queen bed and a guest bathroom.

This unit is within walking distance to all the amenities of South Bay including the beautiful white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Complex amenities include a 5-acre stocked fishing lake, two pools (one heated in winter) and a children’s pool, two tennis courts and a 300’ private beach frontage.

Best Stay in Destin

We try to take a trip every year and this property was by far the best. It is so close to the beach and the balcony and porch area facing the lake is AMAZING! Every day you can wake up and watch ducks and turtles and pelicans outside. Easy check in process and we were checked in on. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Fanily Beach getaway

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property in Destin! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the views were just breathtaking.One of our favorite parts was the close proximity to the beach—it was just a short walk away, and the water was crystal clear. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and family-friendly, which made our stay even more peaceful. We also loved how close we were to great restaurants, shops, and fun local attractions.The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed.
