Beachfront Condo!Beautiful View, On the Beach! Unit 308

This condo is centrally located in the heart of Destin. Located directly on the beach with beautiful view of the Emerald Coast from East to West. Dolphin watch from the comfort of the private balcony. Many restaurants, groceries, shopping centers, Big Kahuna's Water Park and The Track Amusement Park and Miniature Golf all nearby.

Master bedroom has king bed, with master bathroom in bedroom.

Additional bedroom has bunk bed with full and twin bed with access to bathroom from bedroom or hallway.

Living room has queen sofa sleeper.

Fully equipped kitchen, front load washer and dryer.

There is an Amenity Use Fee for all guest the age 5 yrs old and older. This fee is $15/person plus tax. You will receive a link to register your guests/submit payment and vehicle a couple of weeks prior to your arrival.

This is a smoke free property! No smoking in the unit, on the balcony or the private beach!

I’ve stayed at Sterling Sands for the past five with different realtors . Each management company has been great with Sterling Sands and I even met people I talked to and they said they Checked out of the other condos they were staying at and got into Sterling Sands. So I would book early if you want to rent

Perfect!

We booked through VRBO and our experience was seamless as always. Our host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. The condo overlooked the beautiful white sand beach and crystal blue water. The whole complex is very clean and well kept. Everyone working here is exceptional. The ladies at check in and the security team are so helpful and nice!

Great condo, awesome location!

We enjoyed our stay! Being on the 3rd floor was nice with small kids. One of the elevators was down the entire stay but we had no problem using the stairs. The condo has comfortable beds! It was also very clean and very well stocked. Any kitchen item you need they had! Plenty of blankets and pillows, towels and beach towels! Washer and dryer were great! The property was well maintained and the pool was heated. Easy access to the beach. Alvin’s and the Track were right across the street!

Beautiful Beach Vacation Spot

The condo was beautiful and had an amazing view from the balcony! The property as a whole was very well maintained and clean. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back and stay again!! Thank you!

great Destin getaway condo

Had a nice short stay in Destin at Traci's condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of bedding, and beach towels provided. Traci was responsive to any and all questions. The condo complex was nice and well kept with a nice size heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, grill, and a nice beachfront including beach chairs. The complex was convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The only very minor negative is that both bedrooms are in the front side of condo overlooking the street so during some hours the traffic noise can be heard. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Traci's condo when traveling to Destin.

Great property, great host

As advertised. The photos actually match the property. Host was gracious, easy to contact and responded quickly. The entire property was non-smoking, which was wonderful overall. The beach service was great and the beach was beautiful. The unit was clean and welcoming. We had a great stay!

Great location

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It had plenty of space for our short spring break stay. The property is located on the beach with access to a pool and hot tub. The pool area was also very clean and well kept. We did run into one problem. The hair dryer in the hall bathroom did not work, but one message to Tracking, we had a new one the next day. I did not realize when I booked it that the second bedroom door would not shut. The bunk bed ladder is in the way. Oh well, that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Also, there is a fee for arm bands that another 42.00. The sterling sands property is close to the backporch restaurant. Normally, we love it but this time the food was terrible.

Fall Break 2022

This property is exactly as pictured and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful amenity-filled condo! The complex provides a beautiful pool, awesome beach area with umbrella & chairs available, gas grilling area and a work-out facility. This particular condo is centrally located right over the pool and near elevators. We found the complex to be conveniently located near all the activities in which we participated off premises. The unit was exceptionally clean and beds very comfortable. Would love to return to this condo for our next beach vacation!

Fall break

We love this condo. It was so organized and had all of the amenities that we wanted. Chairs and beach towels were included. We were able to fly into Destin, pick up our Walmart grocery order and check in to the condo with ease. The location is close to everything, and one night we walked to dinner at The Back Porch for delicious seafood and cocktails on the beach. If you like to run or walk there are sidewalks and a nearby park. We will be back. ❤️🌞❤️

Pictures are dead on!

I’ve been to Destin many times, but this was a first at this property. Pros: Excellent communication with owner - she was responsive usually within 5 min. Outstanding!! Beach was beautiful and right off the back of the property. Condo was exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean as well. Kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi worked well and having a Roku there was a plus. Cons: Being this far west in Destin meant hearing all the traffic from 98 - and there is a lot! The condos aren’t soundproofed very well - we could hear a child/toddler running back and forth in the condo above us. The condo itself needs at least some ottomans as it was hard to enjoy lounging in the living room. Overall, the seating in the condo is not the softest - those of us who need a cushion on wooden chairs are out of luck. The most comfortable seating is on the balcony, in my opinion. The second bedroom lacks any type of closet space, so my 2 16-year-olds kept their suitcases in the living room. The bunks also take up all the space in the room so it’s hard to move around. The area rugs in the main bedroom are somewhat threadbare but did their purpose. The master bath is slow draining (I’m used to that in vacation rentals); it started slow and got worse as the week went on. The master sink and other bathroom sink were slow draining too. One of my biggest issues was that we had virtually no cell service (T-Mobile and Verizon) while in the condo. In order to make sure phone calls went through, I had to be standing outside the front door. Obviously some of these things are not owner related, though might be important for other travelers. Overall, we had a nice stay but we wouldn’t stay here again simply because of the road noise and cell service. If the building could be transplanted further east, we would come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing

We have always stayed at PCB when vacationing in FL. We came to Destin because my son was playing in the PG Gulf Coast World Series. Sterling Sands is in a great location in the heart of Destin. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Traci kept in great contact with us and always answered our questions in a timely manner. The beach was breathtaking and not over crowded. I highly recommend staying here and would 100% do it all over again. Oh... and our son is a PG Gulf Coast World Series Champion. ❤️🌊⚾️ Thank you for the memories!!

Great experience!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. Cleanliness of the unit and property was top-notch, communication from the owner was superior prior to and during our trip. The unit had everything we needed to just unload our bags and enjoy the beautiful view. The patio balcony view is to die for! Located on the third floor in the middle of the building, the ocean view was truly spectacular. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with all our cooking needs, the pool and hot tub were beautiful and well-kept, the property staff was friendly and super helpful. We hope your trip is as wonderful as ours was. Definitely recommend

Great stay for Spring Break!

We enjoyed our stay for Spring Break. The view from the balcony was fantastic! It was nice that the resort has security and not just anyone can come and use the pool and private beach. The condo was beautiful with comfy beds. The second bedroom was smaller than expected, I knew there was not a closet, we weren't moving in so it was not an issue. The condo was very clean. It was a great stay.

Need updating

Property and unit not as expected. It needs updating. The unit nor the property were not as clean as I would have liked. Light bulbs in the kitchen were out, the lining of the washing machine had mildew, the runner on the floor entering the unit needs to be replaced (dirty), the walls need a fresh coat of paint and we found a few bugs (I have pics). Enjoyed Destin for my first visit and being at the beach but I won’t stay their again. The unit owner was responsive, no complaints there but the person at the desk during check-in, I can’t say the same. Not pleasant!!
