Beachfront Condo!Beautiful View, On the Beach! Unit 308

  • This condo is centrally located in the heart of Destin. Located directly on the beach with beautiful view of the Emerald Coast from East to West. Dolphin watch from the comfort of the private balcony. Many restaurants, groceries, shopping centers, Big Kahuna's Water Park and The Track Amusement Park and Miniature Golf all nearby.

    Master bedroom has king bed, with master bathroom in bedroom.

    Additional bedroom has bunk bed with full and twin bed with access to bathroom from bedroom or hallway.

    Living room has queen sofa sleeper.

    Fully equipped kitchen, front load washer and dryer.

    There is an Amenity Use Fee for all guest the age 5 yrs old and older. This fee is $15/person plus tax. You will receive a link to register your guests/submit payment and vehicle a couple of weeks prior to your arrival.

    This is a smoke free property! No smoking in the unit, on the balcony or the private beach!
