The condo features hardwood flooring throughout and a bright, open layout. The living room is perfect for unwinding, offering a fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, a recliner chair, a ceiling fan, and a 65-inch TV with DVD player for cozy movie nights. The fully updated kitchen is well stocked and ideal for preparing meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, dining table, or out on the private patio. The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, 40-inch TV, and ample storage. The bathroom has been thoughtfully updated and features a walk-in shower for added comfort.

Relax on your private gated patio while listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the refreshing Gulf breeze. A short two-minute boardwalk stroll leads you directly to the private white-sand beach.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.
