Welcome to your coastal sanctuary in the sky—Jade East Towers 1740, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat perched high above the sugar-white sands of Destin. This refined Gulf-front condo offers the perfect blend of upscale comfort, modern design, and mesmerizing views of the emerald coastline.

Step into an inviting open-concept layout where modern coastal design and curated details create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. In the spacious living area, expansive floor-to-ceiling South and West-facing windows frame dazzling sunsets and stunning views of the Gulf, filling the space with golden afternoon light and coastal charm.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient standalone ice maker—perfect for keeping coolers filled for beach days or crafting cocktails at sunset. The stylish living space flows seamlessly onto a private balcony, also accessible from the primary suite, where you can unwind with the sound of waves just below.

The primary suite is a true escape. Enjoy a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a soaking tub tucked inside a luxurious walk-in rainfall shower, romantic LED lighting, and double vanities for a resort-like experience. Two additional guest bedrooms and baths offer serene comfort, making this condo ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

When you're ready to explore, Jade East Towers offers exceptional resort-style amenities including a Gulf-front pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and community gas grills for casual beachside dining. Jade East also enjoys an excellent location in the middle of Destin, offering a variety of appetizing restaurants, pristine golf courses, and exciting open air malls are all just minutes away.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera/ring doorbell.

Beautiful destination.

The master shower was huge but needed something on the floor because it was slippery. The jet tub was fantastic but one of the jets needed replacing. Overall, I would go back every year. Because it was so nice.

I can't even begin to explain how gorgeous this rental & location is! You have to see it to believe it!! The check-in & check-out process was a breeze! Loved the code for the door instead of cards we often lose! The condo is beautifully decorated & well maintained! It seemed recently updated & they chose the perfect flooring, appliances, cabinetry, & furniture! The rooms & unit as a whole is very spacious! Definitely room for a large family! Oh the view!! The view from the living room, master bedroom, & balcony is absolutely breathtaking! Amazing views of the beautiful water & sand from the 17th floor! Easy & fast access to the pool & beach! It's literally right outside of the back door of the building! Also, can't forget the reserved front row parking spot for the unit! It was awesome to not have to worry about finding a parking spot or having to park very far from the building & carry your items! It was our first time in Destin & we will definitely be returning!! P.S. we travel very often & this was by far the best unit so far!

Our Condo was beautiful and very well equipped. The views from the 17th floor were awesome. Loved the quick access to the pool and beach. Great restaurants in Destin to choose from. Hope to return some day!

Really nice condo

The condo is extremely nice inside and a great view. The building itself is a little dated and in need of some upgrades. The ‘fitness center is pretty bad so don’t plan on a great workout while you are there. Also, the listing advertised that it could sleep 8 since there was a sleeper sofa. But when we arrived, there was no sleeper. We had to buy an air mattress.

Beautiful home and stunning view

The home was beautiful and you couldn’t ask for a better view! Beds were comfortable. Our family 4 adults and two 17 year olds) has plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were great too!

the room was perfect. the best we have every stayed in for sure. we will be coming back just to stay in this room. everything you could tell had been updated and very well taken care of. very spacious where everyone can enjoy their own space. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!

Wonderful!

My family of 6 stayed and enjoyed this condo very much! Super convenient to the beach and restaurants... only one issue is the air conditioner to the master isn't sufficient, however they have two fans they provided that made it bearable. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future.
