New owners Jim & Jennifer Fair want to make sure you get “Your Fair Share” so they have updated furnishings, flooring, paint and décor and want to share this beautiful getaway with you! Classy & coastal, this condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs master has a 4-poster King bed and its own private balcony. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is ideal for kids, teens or singles with a brand new twin over full bunk set. Elegant new leather sofas in the living room provide comfortable seating and one folds out into a Queen sleeper.

Shabby chic dining table seats 8 in vintage coastal style and extra counter dining with 2 bar stools is always appreciated. The color palette is cool and beachy with warm beiges and sea glass aquas.

The Destin Seafarer offers free WIFI, covered parking, elevator, luggage carts, outdoor grill, beachfront heated pool and hot tub and 280' of of the most beautiful beach in the world. Beach service is available but not included.

We had a such a wonderful time here! Would highly recommend. Stunning views, easy access to clean, well kept beach, heated pool and hot tub. Beach umbrella and chairs were provided which was definitely a plus. We will for sure be staying again soon!

The property had a wonderful location and right on the beach. It was clean and nicely displayed. Great balcony views and restaurants nearby. The only set back was the front door wouldn't lock from outside. We couldn't go to dinner the first night because it would be morning before they could fix and the gate code for beach/pool access was not up to date we had to ask someone at pool. Neither bathroom hair dryer worked, and living room lamp unplugged. When we plugged it in it buzzed so we unplugged like prior tentant. When i checked out 6 days later the front door would not lock again. But these are just repairs needed. The overall unit has great qualities.

A great time to get away. But the pool was not heated, so that was a bummer. The staff was very responsive to the refrigerator going out and had a new one there that day.

We absolutely love the location of this place . We rented one bedroom a couple years ago and came back! For teens you can watch from the balcony and for younger kids it’s a short walk to the bathroom or nap time ! October was a good time to visit . The water was a little too cold for our liking but it didn’t stop us from still swimming! I definitely recommend this place !

This place is perfect. We are right on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again that’s how much I loved it. It’s a small property and you do have private beach access and that was nice. The pictures posted are accurate.

Very close proximity to the beach and the grocery store which was great. Loved that our bedroom was upstairs and the kids bedroom was downstairs. Washer dryer was clutch. Used the grills a couple nights to grill burgers and pork chops. The only thing negative was that there wasn't a drip coffee maker as advertised so we had to swap ground coffee for k cups which really wasn't that big a deal and the receptacles in the upstairs bathroom by the sink didn't work.

The unit was very clean and decorate very well! The beach and ocean views are amazing from each balcony. The unit is convenient to parking, elevators, and stairs. The location is perfect! We had absolutely no issues which resulted in an amazing experience to the beach! I highly recommend this place and i look forward to returning in the future.

Been staying here for 18+ years and going through Vrbo was an excellent experience. The best thing about it was didn’t have to check in at the front desk and there were no keys to the room. It’s all digital. ❤️

My breath was taken away the minute I opened the front door and saw the ocean view. The condo is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. We walked on the beach daily and spent a lot of time watching the ocean from the deck. There are a few restaurants that are within walking distance.

We had a great time even though the weather was not so nice. The location of the condo is perfect. You are a close drive to everything, walking to a few places as well. Condo was very nice and clean. It was perfect for our family with a 14 and 11 year-old. It has beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys you can use as well. The pool and got tub were great too. We will definitely consider renting again if we come back to Destin.

Our family stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. We’ve been renting condos in the SeaFarer complex for 10 years now, and this was definitely one of the nicer units we’ve stayed in. The condo is gorgeous, and we LOVE the location - right on the beach, and close to the Back Porch & The Track. Pinkie was great, very helpful and accommodating. The beach chairs and umbrella that were provided for guests to use were so convenient!! Thanks for sharing your condo with us, Pinkie, we hope to be back soon!!

Don't judge a book by it's cover! Opening the front door was like walking into a dream! The condo was very clean and designed easy in the eyes. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen or for the beach, is already there! My daughters and I very much enjoyed our rooms and beds were very comfortable. The best part of course were the balconies looking over the beach and beach waters. Close to all the Destin must do's and restaurants. I would highly recommend and book again in the future!

I have never stayed this close to the beach before and the views were breathtaking. This property was perfect for the much needed break my husband and I desired. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was chair service in the morning (much appreciated) and the ability to walk to the Back Porch two doors down for lunch or a drink was convenient to say the least. We weren’t sure what to expect with the hurricane, but our stay was absolutely wonderful and we will be returning as soon as possible! Thank you so much for the hospitality and we cannot wait visit the Seafarer again!

We had planned on staying 6 nights but on the last day decided to add two more because we were enjoying it so much! The beach is incredible. The chair service was awesome. The King bed was so comfortable. The towels were soft. The shower had great pressure and got super hot. They had Keurig. That pretty much sums up the must haves in my book. This placed checked them all. We can't wait to book again next summer!

We recently stayed in this lovely newly refurbished condo in the low rise Seafarer right on the sugary white beach. The condo was so fresh and comfortable and the master bedroom on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the gulf was incredible. The king size bed felt so comfy. This condo is perfect for a family. The second bedroom has new bunk beds, single mattress on top, regular on bottom with a trundle. Although this is not ideal for a second senior couple, the sofa has a hide-a-bed which opens up in front of the patio door to the balcony. A great location despite the highway construction. The new owners are very conscientious. We would stay here again.

The condo needs work done on it and needs a deep cleaning. The glass top stove looks terrible. The drip coffee pot needs replaced. The door on the dishwasher squeaks bad. No water comes into the washer. You can hear the water but not sure where it is going. The upstairs bathroom vanity the drawer is falling apart. The ceiling upstairs needs repaired. For the price you pay for the condo would expect to be a little nicer. Will say the upstairs bed was very comfortable and the balconies have beautiful views! Just needs some extra attention. Maybe the owner needs to come stay there and see for themselves. Other than that we had a nice time. Pinkie was great at communicating.
