We absolutely loved this house! Exactly as listed, beautiful, clean, kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, etc. Loved having the private pool! Very easy walk to the beach and subdivision pools as well. Great communication with property manager! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and location! Great amenities (umbrellas and chairs available, 2 pools available to use, on site gym) short walk to the beach. Great place for a bachelorette! Just a short uber ride away from all the places to eat and go out.

Wonderful

There were 5 adults and 3 young children in our group. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location…close to the beach and pool. Everyone one enjoyed the vacation. My daughter and her boyfriend highly recommend Boshamps. We also enjoyed McGuires.

Beautiful house in great location

We love the Destin Pointe beaches and amenities, and this beautifully renovated home is easy walking distance to everything. The pool was perfectly shaded in the late afternoon/evening when we were ready for a break from the sun but not from playing.

Great Location

Great location, our new favorite spot. Quiet and relaxing, plenty of space for us all to spend inside the house on unexpected rainy days. Beach walk took maybe 3 minutes, and the drive to boardwalk/restaurants was about 7-10 minutes.

Family vacation in Destin, FL - Perfect home and location

Perfect stay! Our family of 7, with ages ranging from 5 to 75, had an incredible time at this vacation home in Destin. The location was ideal, with an easy walk to the beach. The space was perfect for both family time and quiet mornings with coffee on the patio. The private pool was a fantastic option, especially when we grilled dinner. The home was well-stocked, clean, and overall amazing. The highlight of our stay was the stunning sunset views and the nightly fireworks show from the patio. The host was also very responsive to any questions we had. We would book this home again during our next visit to Destin. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home!

Lovely!

This is a lovely, comfortable home in a beautiful gated community. The house is well-stocked (kitchen, linens, toiletries, etc.) but bring your own beach towels. Both community pools are infant/kid-friendly. The walk to the beach is sunny but not too long. Daniela, the host, was responsive, and the beach service was also excellent. No problems or issues during our stay. We would definitely go back!

Family Vacation

We loved this property, a total of 10 people. We had plenty of room to space out as needed. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed being able to walk to two different beaches. We brought snorkels and seen so many fish by the rocks. We also seen dolphins almost daily. We cooked almost every meal and had everything we needed. The community was very quiet as well. We also loved that we were in short distance to our favorite restaurants. Boshamps is a must every trip!

Blessings By The Beach

We were a group of gals who graduated from high school together and gathered to celebrate amazing friendships and our 60th birthdays! This was the perfect place for us! The property was beautiful, and an easy walk…just minutes from the beach! Enjoyed our coffee each morning on the deck, long walks on the beach, time in the sun, great local shopping, fantastic dining experiences nearby, and could thoroughly relax while we were there. Daniela was very timely with responses to any questions that we had. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, but plenty of great spaces to gather as a group. It was the perfect place for us to reminisce about our years growing up together, laugh as we remembered high school antics, and make fond new memories!

First Time on the Emerald Coast!!

There were six of us who traveled from Maryland to Destin for spring break week. My wife, three teenage children and my mother traveled from the Baltimore area and stayed in this home 3/24/24-3/30/24. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and convenient to the beaches and local amenities such as grocery, retail stores, and restaurants. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and the host did not disappoint with this home. It was spotless upon arrival. The sunroom on the top floor provided a bonus of seeing the weekly Friday night fireworks launched from the Harborview Boardwalk area at 9PM. Other than a little noise from some new construction in the neighborhood, each morning I was able to enjoy sitting on the one of the decks while sipping my cup of coffee. Since there are four levels of the home, there are many stairs but not any different than the other homes in the neighborhood. Since we visited in March, the unheated pool hadn't had much time to warm up but I would assume by mid-late summer, the pool temp will be perfect. The kitchen was well appointed with any type of cookware and utensils you need. Finally, the host was responsive to all my communications before and during our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for cozy, comfortable beach house convenient to the white sand and emerald colored water of the Emerald Coast beach. Enjoy!

Beautiful house

This house was perfect for our group of 7. We cooked all of our meals during our 4 night stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils. There’s a coffee machine, blender, hand mixer, toaster. The rooms were stylish, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and the beach was so gorgeous. The community pool was not crowded and was heated. We had a great time overall. Things we paid extra for: - chair and umbrella rentals for the beach - early check in Things we had to provide ourselves: - beach towels - toilet paper (we ran out after 3 nights) - paper towels (we ran out halfway through) - laundry detergent - dishwasher pods - ice (ice maker couldn’t make ice fast enough) - sponges for washing dishes - hand soap for the kitchen - trash bags - kitchen surface cleaner We were surprised that the house was not fully stocked with these day to day items to keep the house clean. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star stay. The host was responsive for the most part. The dishwasher broke the first night and we had to hand wash the dishes and pans for the rest of the stay. They asked if we wanted it repaired, but did not send someone. The stove would say it was “hot” even when it was off. The doors were hard to open or close at times. There were only two garbage cans outside which we filled quickly. If we had stayed an extra night the trash would have become a problem. Great memories, great house, great value, but there’s room for improvement.
