This unit sleeps up to 10 people and features a living/dining room with private balcony overlooking the Gulf, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, and a washer/dryer. Coral Reef Club is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin within walking distance to shopping and some of Destin's best restaurants. This property is just a short drive to the Track Amusement Park and Big Kahunas Water Park. Take romantic walks on the Beach! Enjoy the Sunsets! Go Deep Sea Fishing is some of the most Beautiful Gulf waters you will ever see. This property is a favorite destination newly renovated and more charming than ever. It's located in a quaint three-story condominium complex that features a pool, shuffleboard, and charcoal grills. You will find Coral Reef Club to be more private than some of the large multi-storied condos in the area. The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. This third-floor condo opens to your own private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent beachside location. The property was very clean, but oddly laid out. Jack & Jill bathrooms were tiny. Upstairs bedrooms offered no privacy. Fine for close family, but even though we are close, I would prefer to find another place next time.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The A/C upstairs does not work. This is our 7th year to stay, every year in a different unit and this was by far the worst. We called about the A/C and maintenance came out but we’re unable to correct the situation. I had a party of 8 all sleeping on bunks and couches downstairs because the heat upstairs was unbearable. In addition, I had to wash all of the silverware upon arrival as multiple pieces had food on them. The plumbing is also an issue and not only in this unit. The maintenance in the complex is really going downhill.

The beach in fridge my of the unit has less traffic than others .. our family loves it .. we rent two units and bring our children and grand children in lieu of gifts throughout the year ‘ 😊

Nice condo. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities. There was no blow dryer which was listed. Everything was good with the exception of one complaint. The tile floor could have used a good scrubbing. After a few hours going barefoot in the condo, it was obvious, it needs it.

Updates have been made to this soecific unit since the last time we were in it in 2017. The master bedroom flooring has been replaced, all three bathrooms have been renovated, crown molding has been added, and the first floor shower/tub has been upgraded. We enjoyed our stay, hut there are a couple items that need attention: 1.) the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It actually needed to be replaced when we were last in this unit 5 years ago. The mattress severely caves in the middle and provides very little support. 2.) The lighting in the washing machine room is very dim. 3.) The criling in the washing machine room needs to be painted.

The outside property needed some attention as there were large holes in walls and ceilings. Unit 46 is a nice unit but needs to be updated. Old dirty carpet, furniture was also dirty and flat worn out. The location is perfect! Only steps to the sand and chair set ups were great! Landscaping around property was beautiful! I wish the owners of 46 would give the unit the respect it deserves! I would stay at Coral Reef again but not unit 46.

Vacationed July 4th week 2018 and I can't say enough about the condo. I was very pleased with the accomodations, space and comfortable beds. I took my whole family 10 of us and a 3yr old and was still plenty of room and equipment for everyone. Loved it and would stay again in same place.
