Condo was in good shape except the balcony chairs were rusty and had jagged edges, the A/C wasn't cooling, and the ice maker didn't work. However, the staff remedied all of those situations very quickly. We are very happy with the condo, the property, and especially the staff. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing views, nice and private the one problem with this place is that the floors between condos are paper thin . I complained to management about the kids upstairs running back and forth at 6am to 9am got no sleep. They did nothing about it .Really ruined our vacation. No one there to call because they don't get there till 9am ,no one on grounds, no security at all for 5pm to 9am.

I left my condo for a short while and when I returned three men (repairmen) were exiting the apartment. Yes, I understand renovations are important, but as I told the Manager, I DO NOT WANT STRANGE MEN WALKING INTO MY CONDO WITH OUT ADVISING ME. ( I was traveling by myself) More Importantly, there was NO DEADBOLT ON THE DOOR. The lock could be opened by anyone with a key--The condo owner should install one. (I propped a chair against the door when along in the condo at night) Alsothe utility room/tub room was DIM--poor lighting or just missing bulb. Female head of maintenance very friendly and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Coral Reef many times because of the location and have always enjoyed the complex. If we have any complaint this time it is specific to unit #20, we felt like the carpeting in the unit was dirty and not a good fit for the beach atmosphere. And the shower and baths are due updating. This will not keep us from coming back to Coral Reef but certainly will not rent unit#20 again.

The location was perfect and the office workers were very kind and helpful! I’m not sure if the name of the worker that takes care of the chairs and umbrellas, but he was also beyond nice. Will be back soon and hope it doesn’t change!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated / maintained. Location cannot be beat and the guys helping with the umbrellas were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend. Will return.
