THE UNIT has been recently remodeled for a fresh coastal modern look. New bedroom set and livingroom furnishings, two 55 inch smart TV with cable, ROKU, log in for Netflix, and one smaller. New luxurious memory foam mattress with goose down comforters for your best night asleep. The two bathrooms are nicely decorated and clean. The shower heads are powerful. The kitchen has new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and it's fully equipped with every essentials for your comfort. The condo sleeps six with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper. Because we stop at nothing to please our guests, our beach closet has 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 6 beach towels, a cooler, inflatables, kids water toys, boogie boards, and a cart to bring them all to the beach.

THE RESORT. This property combined with all the amenities the resort has to offer makes the best combination for an amazing easygoing, stress free getaway experience. The resort has ameneties pared to none in Destin. Throughout the resort our guests enjoy a choice of FOUR pools; (one is indoor, one has an handicap chair lift) three spas, a beachfront tiki bar with a large outdoor sitting area, a deli-cafe with great local menu, on site beach rentals with waitress bar and cafe service right to your chair (seasonal). It has two newely remodeled fitness centers, one newely remodeled sauna and steam room, two grill area, a convenience store, conference center, game room arcade, two tennis courts, pickerball courts outdoor and indoor showers. Beach stay in Destin

We enjoyed staying at the property. Thought it was going to be a little closer to the beach, but the walk wasn’t bad at all. We were very fortunate and had fantastic weather while we were there. Location was very convenient to restaurants and anything else we needed.

Girls Trip 2024

I've used VRBO for many years and the condo along with the accommodations were outstanding!! The property owner was so easy to work with and made sure to reach out to make sure we arrived and everything was to our liking. Plenty of kitchen supplies if you choose to make meals. Had a beach closet full of everything we needed (ie. wagon, towels, cooler, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc). An added benefit......cable tv that had ALL the stations (something that has become almost null and void by property owners). We LOVED this place and plan to return next year!!!

This condo has it all, beautiful property, plenty of pools, amazing beach location and within a short distance to anything you want to do or eat. The property manager is very easy to work with and sends you lots of information needed for your stay in the area. Would recommend and would stay again.

Well worth it

I'm a bit hard to impress but I must say, the location alone was well worth the money. Across the street from an amazing waterpark. A few minute drive to go-karts and amazing restaurants. The short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The condo had everything you could need and more. I'd definitely book here again. The communication with the owner was quick and easy. Available any time I had a question, no matter the time.

Lovely getaway

The condo is beautiful with a picturesque view of the pool, the emerald green gulf and close walk to the beach. We are seniors and had 3 of our grandsons with us. The owner is easy to talk with and helpful in offering ideas of great places to eat and fun things to do while here. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful location

My husband and I came here on our anniversary trip and it was absolutely beautiful. It’s a perfect location and the view from the balcony was amazing. The property manager went above and beyond witj a request from my husband for our anniversary with rose petals, roses, candles and swans on the bed made from towels. Thank you so much for everything.

Amazing get away

We arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday and we could not have been more pleased!! Already planning ciuple more trips. The owner was amazing she made she we had everything we needed and was very helpful with any questions I had.

Great location

The condo was awesome. Very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The location to the beach and other three pools was great but we preferred the pool and hot tub by our condo- less people. There are a lot of stores and restaurants that are walking distance from condo. Parking spot was great too. Never had to worry about having a spot. We would totally stay here again. The owner was great to work with.

Summer vacation

We absolutely fell in love with the condo. The view was amazing and condo had all appliances and necessities we needed. The location was a short walk to the beach. Traveling from Texas a added bonus was that everything we needed for the beach was provided. Giovanna was the best host we have ever had. She gave us every possible piece of information we needed without even asking all the way down to best spots to eat. On our next visit to Destin we will definitely be booking our stay at this location again.

Lovely Condo!

We had a great experience staying here on our first trip to Destin. Very cute and more updated than a lot of the condos we looked at. The beds were comfortable and the host was quick to respond with any questions we had. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the fireworks one evening we were there. Our favorite time on the beach was between 6-8:30 when it was quieter and the chairs were all put up so you could hang out wherever you wanted. Quick walk from the unit. Highly Recommend!

Amazing Experience

What a great vacation. Property was amazing and had all the amenities we were wanting. Plenty of pools, fitness centers, courts, etc. Beach was beautiful and we are thankful the rain held off. The condo was exactly as described. What a fantastic view! Bonus, master bedroom view is incredible also! So convenient to have beach towels, wagon, cooler and beach toys for the kids. Giavanna was available anytime we had a question or needed something for the stay. First class service all the way. We will be back and this condo is highly recommended!

Quick weekend at the beach

There are many beautiful places within walking distance, but if you are on the fence pick this one for the beach wagon and the closet of beach goodies to use. I was able to pack just a backpack and it was perfect. The condo has a gorgeous view and a very easy walk to the ocean. We rented two chairs and an umbrella it was all perfect. My only complaint that has nothing to do with the host is that the zero entry pool closes very early. But I just held my 10 month old in the big pool. It was all beautiful. The hostess is an excellent communicator.

Amazing location & incredible owner

Overall, this was an amazing property. Great location, close to the beach, access to 4 pools, convenient to shopping & restaurants. Also, covered parking really close to the elevator was a plus. The unit itself was very nice with a balcony with wonderful views. Even with all of that, the co-star of this stay was the owner. She was completely accessible and helpful. When we arrived, there were a couple of issues we encountered, out of her control. To say she went out of her way to make it right, would be an understatement. Giovanna did everything in her power to make our time there a blast. She answered texts/questions very quickly, morning and night. Destin is beautiful. The beach and water are heavenly... but the main reason you should book this particular unit, is the amazing service of the owner.

Wonderful condo

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo and loved our stay. The condo was clean, super quiet, peaceful, very comfortable, roomy and had a great view. We were grateful to be away from all construction going on at several other condos on the beach. We used the amenities in the building: heated outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center with bathrooms and all of it was wonderful. I even swam laps in the outdoor pool in Feb and the water was perfect. We were given a covered parking space close to the ground level elevators. The 1st floor had plenty of nice carts to help us get our belongings to and from the condo upon check in and check out. The walk to the beach was easy, we were provided with beach chairs, towels and a wagon too. Our host was immediately responsive to all correspondence. She checked on us and provided great places to eat in the area, which exceeded our expectations. I recommend this place without hesitation. ❤️

Great Destin Location. Great Owner

This Condo was perfect for our needs. I wanted something that did not have bunk beds in the second bedroom. I wish that was an option so that I did not have to look through so many properties that I was not interested in. The condo was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! What a plus now since it seems like every time we stay at a hotel now there is always mold in the bathroom. Not here. Well equipped kitchen; maybe could use some sharper knives for cooking, but then someone would probably take them. We ate our breakfasts sitting out on the balcony enjoying the breeze. The best pool (heated) is at this building; plus, it is less crowded than the pools that are at the buildings located on the beach. Usually there were no more than 6 people in our buildings pool, while just one of the other pools had well over 75 or more. Location is great. Close to WinDixie & Publix grocery stores, wonderful food,shopping.Don't think twice Rent It.

One week stay over Spring Break

For the positives: - the property manager was great. She responded quickly to any questions we had and was extremely helpful. - the condo was clean & comfortable - the view of the ocean and the surrounding area was very nice. - the beds were very comfortable. - the kitchen was well stocked except for dish towels. - neither the condo pool, nor the workout room were overly crowded. - the condo was only 2 miles from Henderson Beach State Park, the highlight of our time there. Negatives: - some things were different than what the advertisement portrayed. They are listed below. - The bright colors of the living room that we fell in love with didn't exist. Instead of a brightly colored couch there was a gray one instead. - The walkway bridge across the lake that can be viewed from the condo is not part of the resort's property. There is a sign at the bridge stating that only people from whoever owns that area can use the bridge. - The fountains were never on the whole time we were there. - The pictures of the beach and resort pools show them quiet and empty. The resort can hold way more people than their little area of beach can handle therefore they had beach chair rentals 4 or 5 deep on the beach with a small area for others behind them. None of the other resorts that we saw along the beach were as bad for lack of beach space for their guests. In summary, the property manager was great, the room and view were really nice, but the resort as a whole was way too crowded for us. We would most likely not stay there again.
