"We had booked a deluxe suit for Rs. X/night, on arrival we told there is no air conditioning in the allocated room, only a small fan (on a day the temp was 37 degree C). I made a request for A/C & they charged additional Rs. X again (2Xs) for a Maharaja Suit. While there was A/c, it was very ineffective & the suit was a dump, in need for major reno & deco (door timber split, ceiling with stains & bath marble piece with rust & elegy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I’m particularly grateful that they were able to bring my elderly parents to the dunes to meet us for...

" We stayed in the bunker. so 2 beds , seperated by divider . so it was good that we 4 of us could sleep in one . however the bathroom was wet and dirty and no toilet tories, towels were old and overused. upon complaining they came to clean bathroom and placed toilettories. Night program was good , food was also good. Overall good experience "

"Swiss tent stay was good however bath area was a bit problematic...we paid 15 k per night almost and still the shower wasn't worst all..had to take bath in desi style using balti and mug. The tent provided had issues with curtains"

"大人2人、5歳、7歳の子ども2人と宿泊しました。 子供たちはラクダに乗るのが嫌いなので、ホテルが提供するツアーには申込みませんでしたが、強引な勧誘がなかったので好感がもてました。 キャンプサイトから15分ほど行ったところに砂丘も楽しかったです。 部屋は広くて清潔なベットがあり、快適でした。 夜のショーも楽しんでいました。"

"Clean room"

"It was amazing! The staff was very friendly. The evening entertainment, snacks, dinner and breakfast was awesome. The cost to stay for two nights was very good for a person traveling on a budget. The venue was very safe, and the safari ride to the desert, and camel ride in the desert was fun too. "
