This place is good! The house was clean and the pool was good . They even have a rice cooker ! The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 because the light in the living room didn’t work the whole time we were there which kinda darkened the living space a bit even with the light near the bar area , the spa was great the first 2 nights but it stopped working on our last night which was a big bummer considering we booked the place for the pool and spa . The owner was very responsive and tried to fix things. The pool and spa does not have control access for guest in the house so everytime you want to adjust spa heat you have the text the owner. So keep that in mind , it can be a hassle but know it ahead of time so you know what to expect. Be sure to give notice to owner if you want to pay for pool heat as it takes 2 days to heat up the pool. The bed was comfortable for us .

The house is generally old, especially showers and bathrooms looked dirty from all the stains. Beds were SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE and made horrible squeaky sounds. The mattress had extra padding that was much larger than the bed itself so it was hanging from both sides and you keep sliding off the bed! The pool heater didn’t work. We paid extra $200 to heat up the pool but it didn’t work so we weren’t even able to use the pool the entire trip.

The property you see in the pictures is the property you get. We found the home to be clean and the communication great. The backyard is as beautiful as the pictures show. The only things that were less than ideal were the beds and living room couch. Both were much too soft for our family's preference and therefore neither were that comfortable. Other than that though, I would recommend this property.

We had a great time. We spent alot of time using the hot tub. It had a neat feature that allowed you to warm up the tub 30mins before usage. This was nice because we didn’t pay an extra fee for having the tub warmed up. The kitchen came with extra stuff such as spices, olive oil, and pancake mix. The house was easy to get to and Donna was available when we had a question about the house. Overall great stay.

When we got to the property we were happy with what we had chosen. The house was clean and ready for us to use. The most fun we have ever had enjoyed the property and would rent again in the future. Will defiantly recommend to friends and family.

Overall our group had a pleasant stay. The home was very well furnished (better than some vacation rentals) and it is apparent the home owners built their home around family and spending time with one another. The home was well kept and very clean. Very windy in the evenings so we continuously had to make sure everything was put away every night or it might end up in the pool. It was a bit of work to have to uncover and recover all of the furniture however we appreciated having so many separate seating areas. The outdoor grill and refrigerator were a plus as we didn't want to track water in the house. Our only complaint was the beds and air conditioning. The air is set to a lowest temp of 74 which isn't horrible however it was 110 outside so the home didn't feel cool at all. The one bedroom that is in the front of the house hardly got any air so even with as many ceiling fans as the home has, everyone had to sleep without blankets/sheets in order to remain cool. I would suggest lowering the temp to at least 70-71 in the hotter summer months. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and every bed squeaked. If someone rolled over in the middle of the night, you heard it from down the hall. Each bed had a third mattress on it making the sheets come off and had to be adjusted multiple times to fit right. All pros and cons included, we still had a great time on our staycation and enjoyed lounging by the pool all weekend.

We were there for 3 nights to relax and we did just that. The place is clean, every kitchen item you need is there. We will be back. This pool is very private by the way! Great TV to catch up on our favorite shows in the evenings.
