The dual-access balcony, overlooking the street and surrounding greenery, offers the chance to enjoy peaceful moments outdoors — whether sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding at sunset.

The sleeping area consists of two spacious and well-furnished double bedrooms, each featuring a stylish wardrobe and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay in any season. The double beds come with high-quality toppers that add an extra layer of softness and support, improving sleep quality and ensuring a restorative rest. The two modern bathrooms, both with showers, feature contemporary finishes and are designed to offer convenience and comfort. In addition, all our apartments offer a dedicated Concierge service, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From one week prior to arrival, you will have access to a dedicated concierge, available in Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese, ready to answer any questions about the apartment and the local area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon arrival, accompany you to the apartment, and remain available throughout your stay for any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to say goodbye and ensure your experience was flawless.

Check-in time for this apartment is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM; for late arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, there is a €50.00 supplement. A €100.00 security deposit is required, payable either in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, provided no damage has occurred.
