"The Hotel Estee is in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Garda and the mountains. It is a short walk from the centre of Desenzano but far enough to away from any late night noise from bars and restaurants. The reception staff were all wonderful- helpful, informative and always very welcoming. There was a very good hot and cold breakfast buffet selection and the restaurant had views of the lake. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Tv had a few channels in English and the safe had a basic key operation. There was a unit for effective air conditioning. The bathroom had a large wash basin, bidet and all the fittings had ornate edging. there was a nice pool area with sunloungers. All in all very good."

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Housekeeping was good and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast spread was substantial and the restaurant good value for money. Would be very happy to stay there again."

"Stay 23rd -27th June Hotel is very well located to near by Sirmione which sits right next to lake Garda. Hotel is clean and very comfortable albeit slightly old fashioned which is fine because they get it right. Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help. The bedrooms are clean and air conditioning is set perfectly and isn’t noisy. The beds are super comfy too. Breakfast is vast and has a great variety which will cover all dietary requirements. The swimming pool is lovely and clean. We are already making arrangements for a return in October when it’s not so hot!"

"Second stay at this lovely hotel and, as previously, it was excellent, staff were so helpful and friendly. It would have been nice to know in advance of the building work that was taking place next door as it could be quite noisy in the daytime when at the pool. However this did not spoil our holiday. "
