"Posting said English and Spanish spoken but the person I dealt with spoke no English. We did ok though. She was a very hard worker and kept the place spotless top to bottom, not just the room. Almost every appliance you could think of was available for your use. Mercado was two blocks down on the same side of the street. Couple of places to get something to eat on the way there. It’s in the heart of downtown San Jose."

"We enjoyed our short stay here in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Check-in with the friendly security guards was easy. ( You will need to show your passport) The building was immaculately clean.
