"Fabulous staff and fabulous property! "

"Overall our stay was very good once we got past the hiccup with checking-in. Even though we had paid all fees upfront with Expedia the hotel tried to charge us additional taxes and fees without clearly disclosing why? I had to insist that management do so. At first it was a intense exchange with management insisting they do so. Once, we were in our room, they did reach out with a cooler and more helpful tone. However, I messaged Expedia Help and they were able to resolve the issue, so upon checkout, no additional chargers were requested or require out of pocket. "

"The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. I sat at the bar and had a drink during my stay. Drinks were a bit pricey, however it was great."

"Front staff needs to be more efficient, not checking in people too busy on their personal phone. Not a handicapped friendly hotel!!! Rooms decent. Walls paper thin. Breakfast was the best part of the stay."

"How can a hotel offer room service once every 7 days? I requested my room to be clean they refuse telling me its every 7 days or I request 24hours which I did but they never cleaned the room. I stayed there for 3 days and my room was never cleaned. The hotel was clean when I got there no doubt but their housekeeping service was poor."

"All the mattresses need to be replaced. They are thin and completely worn out. The entire sofa bed needs to be replaced. Spent too much money to not be able to sleep comfortably. Everything else was perfect. It was very clean! "

"For the value it was a great option in New Orleans. Clean, friendly hotel staff, and great amenities like hot breakfast, pool, and free popcorn in the lobby."
