Both in this communication and the handy folder in the caravan meant after a full day travelling and exploring getting there we were able to find somewhere to eat easily. "While the facilities provided in the apartment were as stated, the dark location at the rear of the building was disappointing with virtually no outlook. The constant humming from the electronics was particularly annoying to hearing aids. We never used the cooking facilities, so cannot comment. For a 1 week stay this is not a great facility and in our opinion is overpriced."

"The hotel is situated right next door to the abbey, and the whole island is walkable from there. The hotel has a beautiful food garden that is at least a few acres, and guests are free to walk in the organic garden, I found this very peaceful. Staff were all very helpful, picked up my bags at the ferry, which was welcome. The hotel is very comfortable with large lounge areas, which led to lots of interaction with other guests, adding to the pleasure."
