"For the most part everything was nice. Plenty of things to do around me and I was able to just keep to myself. Only real issue I came across was one of the morning associates was very rude to me when I went downstairs for breakfast. I guess there was a need to wear shoes policy to be in the lobby which I genuinely had no idea. But when she told me about it, she said it in front of other guests which made me feel a little embarrassed. All in all I would visit again."

"Be prepared to find dust, uncleaned throw up stains on the bathroom, smelly rooms ."

"Room was fairly clean, although there was an M&M under the bed that should have been vacuumed up from the previous occupant. We had an issue with the toilet tank refilling after flushing that we reported and were given an interim solution because it was well after hours for maintenance to repair. We have stayed at this hotel many times before and never had a problem. Service at the restaurant/lounge was fantastic. The minor incident wasn't enough to cause us not to return again in the...

"Beautiful rooms. Just a challenge with having no onsite staff (all via online system). Highly recommend."

"Lovely property, lovely staff, perfect location."

"Room was clean, staff was amazing"

"Not as great as all the other reviews indicated. Our room was ok, but it really needed updating. All of the drawers on the dresser kept opening by themselves because they were all misaligned. Towels and tp were spare. Our room was not serviced during our stay, which was disappointing. The bed was also pretty hard. Other than that, it was quiet and the staff were very friendly."

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and great to talk to, food was good (lots of options), it had everything we needed and I loved the hotel rooms."

"I liked the room. I liked the added benefit of the microwave and refrigerator. I only went downstairs to order breakfast once. No set breakfast routine or setup. Plenty of parking. I used the shuttle. Very convenient getting to and from the airport. I would stay there again if I came back to NH."

"For the price I paid for a one night stay couldn’t be beat compared to where I usually book when I come to Bedford. However, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the hallways were so dim and creepy I felt like I was in the shining, and I could completely hear the guests conversation in the room next door to me through my bathroom vent. I think next time I might just spend the extra money."

"Clean hotel near Manchester airport. Breakfast was fairly good. Rooms are spacious with a small seating area and a kitchenette. Parking is extra and should have been included in the price."

"Very nice staff. Very clean. Just a little tired. Needs some updating.. Otherwise very nice."

"La cama estaba súper cómoda el cuarto súper limpio y el desayuno muy apetitoso"

"Breakfast was very good and nice to have that available. Great location"
