"Issues with the system checking in "

"Bathroom service was very poor! No body-wash, hand soap, or place to hang towels or clothes. Breakfast wasn’t good at all. Only given ham/ pork, there was not any chicken or turkey for the ones who cannot eat pork. That’s not service what I paid for! Didn’t like it. There should be couple water bottles in the room. "

"No, no shuttle if plane arrives after 10:30 pm & ours did so we had to Uber. Then when we left on a Monday no shuttle after 1:30 pm no driver. Disappointing!"

"Had to flush toilet multiple times to get anything to go down-mold as well in bathroom. Elevator was also incredibly slow. Just upkeep things. Staff, breakfast & everything else was great. I was also placed in a room $200 more expensive than expedia quoted. "

"Only complain we have is the room service… they never came to clean our room for the day!! We even called to get new towels and they never cleaned it! Besides that everything good "

"I stayed for couple nights and was impressed by how nice my room was for the price. I wasn't able to check in my first night due to a flight cancelation and this did cause some confusion with their system, but the staff handled everything professionally. Did not use the pool but it looked pretty nice. "
