"The place was extremely clean and homey. The staff were exceptionally friendly and outgoing to make sure guests are comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here if be in Santa Clause, Indiana. "

"I liked how we got main floor and by an exit to our car and front office. The one thing i didnt like was lack of breakfast options. And if there was options they tasted incredibly bland. One morning i had 2 mini donuts and a mini muffin for breakfast because that's all there really was, unless i wanted incredibly hard waffles. Otherwise everything else was fine."

"This property was perfect for our family, 8 adults plus one toddler. It was clean, perfect amount of space for our needs, and charming. Loved the setting, private, but so close to Holiday World. We loved our stay at Potter Cottage!"

"There truly is only one issue. Not only did inpay hotels.com, but then i was required to give them a credit card for incidentals. They put a 100.00 charge against my card. I assumed once the room was checked after checkout the charge would drop off. It didnt. I called and they said it would be 1 to 5 days before it would drop off. This is unacceptable. Now i will have to check daily to make sure charge is reversed. This should be stated on yoir website."
