Convenient and Comfortable

The place is nice. Very tidy, service is prompt and rooms are of generous size. The location is convenient, but not the best views. Nonetheless, a good option overall!

The room was cold with the heating not working. Kettle was broken which they replaced. They served breakfast in a hall that looked like a banquet. And till 1230 in the night i had to endure the loud dj next door.

Taxi ride to Chandigarh

Almost stayed 3 week, I found the very helpful. As an Australian I did find to food a bit boring after a time, not any western dishes. Indian people would like the hotel.

This property lost its Starwood affiliation and one can see why. Phones don't work, internet poor, staff untrained, unable to book a cab... It is not a bad choice to save money but don't expect service of Aloft which they are no longer part of.

Good hotel

Overall good hotel as it is affordable hotel with quality service but I was unhappy at one thing as at reception they demanded for no reason extra money for extra bed which I already paid online and they didn't knew about that after I showed them full payment confirmation on my phone then only they agreed
