Welcome to Shearwater. Your home by the sea. Shearwater has room for 10, so bring the kids and grandchildren. The main level includes the kitchen, dining, living room with a sleeper sofa and master suite with jetted tub. Hickory cabinets, myrtle wood floors and trim, tile floors and Berber carpet throughout the home. Upstairs includes a full bath, 2 bedrooms, one with a private balcony, both with queen size beds. Downstairs is a 4th bedroom, hall bath, Jacuzzi changing room, family room with 2 sofa sleepers, secondary dining area, futon sofa sleeper with a high quality mattress, and an away room with a fireplace, TV, and 4 by 8 pool table. The Jacuzzi room is off the first floor deck. Your private beach access is immediately in front of Shearwater. Come and stay, relax and play. While not ADA compliant, the main level is wheelchair friendly. Shearwater has parking for 5 vehicles and a local staff available when needed.


Within a 15 mile radius: Within a 15 mile radius you have access to an aquarium and two light houes, three 18-hole golf courses, factory outlet shopping and a casino. Deep sea fishing and whale watching excursions at Depoe Bay. An excursion on a zodiac boat with a whale biologist gets you about as close to a whale as anyone will.

This is a great place to stay.
This is a great, multi-level home with lots of decks, and steps down to the beach. The owner was wonderful and so was the hot tub.

Beach perfect
This place was great! It's right on the beach with a path through the backyard to the sandy beach. Lots of rooms, a hot tub, pool table, and extra space all around. The huge dining room table was really great for all 16 of us. We would definitely come back. The owner was particularly helpful and consciences. Loved it!

Shearwater was a great place for our group of 7 ladies. Plenty of room, we each had our space! Huge table for meals and games, awesome decks, easy beach access, very well stocked kitchen, and clean hot tub with a view. It was a perfect stay!

This house was beyond perfect for our group of 9, which was initially suppose to be 14 and would have still comfortably fit all of us. We all were able to sit at the dinner table for meals and look out over the ocean that was within a short walking distance. The sun was shining, which made the experience that much better! The owner was very kind and helpful! We will be booking again for sure!!

Depoe Bay Beach house
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this home. It is a great place for me to bring my family to, and we have started building memories there. The home fits my family just right, and the ocean right out the back door is just what we were looking for. A little disappointed that the cleaning fee is no longer refundable, that extra money shortens our stay a little. But the house is great, and micheal does a great job with it.
