Welcome to TIDES @ Bella Beach! Enhanced cleaning practices and the perfect place for home schooling or working remotely. ( blazing fast internet )
3 Bedroom 2 bathroom main house, with an additional studio with it s own kitchenette and bathroom above the garage. ( total of 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms)

Welcome to Tides at Bella Beach! Come enjoy your vacation at this beautiful cottage, only a short stroll to the beach. This home has a wonderful open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, living room and dining area.

Cozy up by the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee or cook a great meal for the family in this fully furnished kitchen! Sharing this first level is the master bedroom which includes a King size I-comfort bed and a television. Upstairs are two more tasteful bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and other with a pair of I-Comfort twin XL's. The detached studio/carriage house is located above the converted garage/gameroom and host a kitchenette and bathroom with its own queen size bed. ( with 2 large skylights it feels like a treehouse apartment ) super cute! Perfect for someone looking to spend quality time by themselves.

Don`t forget to enjoy the private fully fenced backyard with new hot tub, patio furniture, and gas BBQ, perfect for all your family, including the four legged members.
Also to note is the large side yard that includes a large deck and oversized picnic table for the family gatherings.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people with the carriage house. Access to the gameroom/garage. - which includes fun game tables like Foosball, Air Hockey, PS3, and even a sit down Pac-Man gametable.

This home is located on one of the larger lots in Bella Beach - it’s a corner lot that offers extra privacy. The home can be accessed via a driveway off Elderberry Way or Oceanview Drive.

Whether you are playing at the beach, taking a short stroll to the park or just relaxing inside...Tides at Bella Beach offers you all the comforts of home. Make your reservation today!

Was a very joyful place we all enjoyed the clean home. Loved the way it was layout in the home. Not a long walk to the beach. My husband was unable to go do to the steep stairs to the beach. Was a smell in the garage and the Pac-Man game didn’t work we put coins in it but that wasn’t the problem. The host was fantastic in helping use and answering any questions we may have had. One of the neighbors yelled at use cause we took the path going into the dogie park. My dogs were on retractable dog leash. She said, they were not allowed. Her dog was barking and my dog which is young thinks everyone should play with her and barked back. Which made the owner unhappy. I apologized to her and she yelled at me again told me to leave. Rest of the neighborhood people were very nice and helpful. We looked at a home to buy right next to the dog park. But chose not to buy it due to that neighbor. The coffee shop was a fantastic little spot to walk to. Beautiful, quiet, wonderful area everything is so well kept up

The hot tub was hot enough. The fireplace was a perfect treat and kept us warm. It was a beautiful place and served our needs very well. Dave was very helpful. It is so close to the beach. Will keep this on my visit again. Thank you.

It was a bit cold in the main area of the house and one of the bathrooms didn't have hand soap but other than that everything was perfect!

Overall, this property met our needs. It had enough space for our family and we enjoyed the hot tub. We did have to call them to come clean the hot tub 1 day after a few days of use. But they got right on it. This is about a 5 minute walk from the beach which works fine. They do have beach chairs in the garage. So you don't need to be in your own. The game room was not great. It's a bit sketchy the carriage house was a great addition and was warm and comfortable upstairs. Are only complaints were the main living room TV is quite small and the beds in the kids' room with the small single beds were extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Bella beach is a great area in this house Met our needs.

This house was AMAZING. We loved everything about it with two exceptions. The house was well stocked, it was SOOO clean, the neighborhood was BEAUTIFUL, they thought of everything for my small dogs, it was decorated beautifully. The exceptions? CAMERAS! They had a camera pointed at the hot tub! I have teenagers that were in and out of the hot tub the entire time and it grossed me out that someone was recording this. There was also one out front. According to VRBO they were supposed to disclose these cameras and I don't see anywhere where they warned us about them. The patio area is so cute but I did NOT feel comfortable hanging out there because of the cameras. My second complaint, although not a huge deal - was the carpet. My dogs were obsessed with it because of the dog smells. I think the carpets hide a lot of secrets and have a dog smell. The bedroom above game area in garage smells strongly. This is understanding because of dog friendly house. It's too bad the laminate flooring isn't throughout house, would cut down on doggie smell. This house would easily be 5/5 if NO CAMERAS.

We were surprised that the only heat in the living area was the gas fireplace, which does not have a fan. We were very cold the first day/night. Then it snowed!! Had to use blankets to keep us a little comfy. Bedrooms have cadet heaters so rooms could be adjusted for warmth. We just dealt with it and did not contact host. Perhaps we should have. Grand boys loved hot tub.

Great communication from the owners. Property is adorable and we made it work for eight adults. Didn’t spend much time inside. The area is full of stuff to do. Please note, this is a beach property. Read reviews. My husband and I stayed in the carriage house and brought an air purifier. Worked wonderfully! The hot tub was nice start and finish to the day.

Bella Beach is one of our favorite places on the coast. A nice little community with a great beach.We had two beautiful sunny days which were such a gift and a wonderful way to welcome in the new year. The Tides was a comfortable house and the owner’s welcome pets and children, which is always appreciated. Hope to return soon.

We had a great time at the house, and we had enough space for all 5 adults and 3 kids. The cottage house was a little musty and we weren’t aware the room in there was up a steep flight of stairs but otherwise it was great. The beds are comfy and the fireplace kept the room warm in the cooler evening and morning hours. The walk to the beach is tough for little kids and older folks, and the beach access is very steep. Once on the beach though, it’s private and beautiful.

Perfect house for our family vacation!!

We had a full house with 4 kids and 4 adults but the house had plenty of space so we didnt feel crowded, all of the beds were very comfortable. I do feel like the kitchen could be reworked just for the cupboard space because we didnt have anywhere to put our groceries due to over crowding with extra dishes. The beach is beautiful and we spent most of our time there and the walk was really not bad at all. We love your home and will definitely be booking again soon!

The place was great for the price! The hot tub is awesome, felt great after being at the beach. Beautiful neighborhood, close walk to the beach. The ONLY negative was the odor in the carriage house. If I owned the property I would invest in making that room nicer, both the bedroom and game room. The amenities are nice and the customer service was 10/10.

Beautiful spot

Loved the neighborhood, house and property. Hot tub was in great condition and clean. Beds were comfy. Front and backyard space were lovely. Across from crepe cafe and block from a neighborhood playground. The beach is just a short walk. Spotted seals swimming each day :)

Family weekend

My husband with our kids and significant others started the weekend here. We had an amazing time. I do give warning that the master bath steam from the shower can set off the smoke detector in the Master bedroom… Whoops! So please open the window to help resolve this issue. Having the little bistro across the street is awesome and the food and coffee is great! The extra parking was needed and that was just right next to the house so that made it great. We enjoyed the hot tub. It is set at 104 which was a bit too hot for us but we just took the top off for a bit before we got in to let that cool down before getting in. We would definitely rent this again! The King Family

Comfortable stay at the beach

We had a great time. Main house was comfortable; game room was fun, and the hot tub was nice to have at night. Our only minor complaint was that the cleaners went to town with some highly fragrant cleaning material, which didn't smell great and lingered the whole time we were there. So folks with chemical/fragrance allergies may want to check in with the host first.
