"Great place :) Clean, no clutter. Great location. Love that there are beach towels and assorted teas and a map to the beach <3 Willard the cat didn't bother us at all. And incase anyone is wondering, , the place was hair free and doesn't smell like animals. We plan to come back and have already shared with others. We really enjoyed our stay."

This large and cozy home with its close proximity to the beach worked perfectly for our group. We loved that the main living spaces were connected ... so while someone was cooking in the kitchen, others were playing games at the dining table, and a family pool tournament was taking place upstairs in the open family room. "The Sea Gem was very clean, beds were comfortable and furnishings in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped. As far as location goes, it was excellent, right by the ocean with access to the beach. It is obvious that a lot of thought has been put into this property to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely stay here if we are in the Newport area again. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and replied very quickly. Great place & great experience!"

"My Husband was taking classes, my daughter and Grandson and I ran on the beach!! Great location, private beach area to people at Bella Beach! Close to Lincoln City and Depot Bay- but hidden! Loved our stay, they house was perfect! First time for our Grandson in a Hot Tub!! Didn't use fire pit only because it rained at night- but turned on the fireplace and we were cozy!! Cooked at the house all 3 nights, had plenty of utensils and dishes. Lovely place!"
