"Amazing stay in a great location! Everything about our stay was wonderful. My husband especially loved the massage chair, it was definitely the highlight of our Buffalo trip! Everyone enjoyed the incredibly comfortable beds, soft and absorbent towels, and relaxing hot tub.Keith was a fantastic host and was wonderful and prompt with his communication. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Buffalo area, and I would personally...

"Great unit for the price! Unit was clean and comfortable. The back bedroom does not have its own AC unit so if you’re someone who likes it VERY cold at night that may be an issue. (the other bedroom and the main room do have their own units). You need to pay attention to the spout in the shower if you have a younger child. Can get hot very quickly. Did not have much interaction with the host. Nice, safe location. Would stay again."

"No concerns. Everything as stated. "

"Very satisfied with the overall experience of my stay, Chad was very kind and helpful with info. Communication from booking to leaving. I would definitely recommend staying here if anyone visiting the buffalo area."

"A very clean, pleasant space with attention to detail! The furnishings were perfect for the space, especially loved the comfy recliners. It was a great place for the 2 of us, we only stayed one night as we were passing through town but we would have loved to stay a few more just to relax ."

"Great place"

"When we pulled into the driveway and saw the rental in real time we were a little concerned it would be too small but we were pleasantly pleased with the inside spaces. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger family. The living/kitchen area was a bit small. Had a very cozy feeling but on the second floor there was two bedrooms with a rather large 2nd living room. Very clean home. Beautifully decorated. Very functional for our needs. Location suited our plans. "

"The house was located in a quiet older neighborhood. Perfect location for exploring around Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The fenced in yard is perfect for pets. There are ample sleeping places for family/friends. Each bedroom has a big-screen TV and either a floor fan, ceiling fan, or a/c. The house has clearly been updated recently. The bathrooms are nice and clean, the kitchen was also nicely done, and there is new flooring throughout the entire house. There are plenty of...

"I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed...

"All Good"

"Very clean, basic studio apt. Excellent communication from owner. Good location"

"We were warm while we slept due to only 2 window ac units in bedrooms and only 1 fan. Would have been nice to have ac turned on to cool house for our arrival. We thought an ac added to living room would cool down all rooms. It unexpected to be asked to take off shoes but left our feet black when we did that. We did enjoy some charming accents, woodwork but would not stay again in summer with only 2 window ac units."

"The property was very clean and had everything needed and the host very responsive. I didn’t realize it was a garage/sheds made into a house. It was remodeled very nicely just the different levels inside we had to be careful with my 79 year old mom. In addition there is no yard or outside area to be in which with kids would be nice. The listing is accurate, I just did not catch that. A full length mirror somewhere in house and more hooks to hang towels would be nice!"

"Great place to stay"

"I’ve stayed here multiple times when visiting family. Always a pleasant and comfortable stay. The shower felt amazing"
