"Steve is the best possible host. He has thought of every comfort and convenience and his bungalow is definitely the nicest place to stay in Cushing. It has very nice decor, great lighting, and it is completely quiet in a rural neighborhood. It’s my favorite getaway in Oklahoma."

"This was a fantastic place to stay for the weekend or longer. I was there fishing a bass tournament, close to the ramp, getting ice and fuel was quick. The only thing would be that charging batteries there is no outside outlet to plug into, ut running an extension cord from inside the door to outside was fine and worked. The CAPS steak house is right there and I had wonderful service and the ribeye was excellent. The view of the lake is great and a walk down to the dock is easy or just sit on the deck and enjoy the view."

"This Skyliner zmotel was a great little motel to stay on for Route 66. The hotel was actually probably one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in while traveling. The only complaint I have was the internet. It kept going in and out and it affected the t.v. as well. Other than that, it was great."

"This rental was such a wonderful surprise for our family. We had 9 guests, including 3 teens, plus a 2-year-old, and still had plenty of room. With seven bedrooms and multiple living areas, everyone could spread out without ever feeling crowded.The house was incredibly well stocked with towels, toiletries, condiments, kitchen supplies and more. It felt comfortable and thoughtfully set up, and was very kid-friendly, so we could relax and let our 2-year-old roam.The AC was amazing—it kept the house around 67 even when it was 107 outside! A few bedrooms get less airflow with the doors closed, so if you like it cold at night, bring a small fan.The kitchen had everything we needed, and even without TVs we never missed them. Between the pool, pond, kayak, canoe, fire pit and more, there was always something to do. We also loved Oopa House Korean Hot Pot in Tulsa—fun, unique and delicious, though a little pricey for 10 people.One tip: plan Tulsa/Sapulpa outings together. Many attractions are about 30 minutes each way, and those back-and-forth trips can eat up your day very quickly.One of our favorite surprises was the property’s archery and target-shooting area. It’s in a beautiful outdoor space with a high berm and room for bows, crossbows, rifles and pistols. The area itself is nicely set up; just know that as of Sept. 2026, targets aren’t provided, so add your own to the packing list. We had a blast out there.We absolutely loved this place and will return."
