Blocks away from Infinity Park, the first municipal-owned rugby stadium in the US. You're just 20 minutes to the Denver Tech Center and half an hour to Denver International Airport.

Take a break for coffee or tea, whip up a smoothie, or use the well equipped kitchen to make a meal. Several kitchen appliances are available for your convenience, ranging from a pancake griddle to a crock pot.

Located along the beautiful Cherry Creek Trail and bike path, which winds through the entire Denver metro area, you are within a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Take advantage of our 300+ days of sunshine and share the trails with walkers, joggers and people - watchers all year long. Bikes are also available for rent from Cherry Creek Mall.

Please ask about customized options for 3-12 month stays; I am available to answer any questions you may have and annual renters are welcome to enquire for both furnished and unfurnished options at flexible rates. This is my personal favorite location and I am happy to make it available for guests who are looking to make themselves at home in Denver for awhile. Changes will be considered on a case - by - case basis and any changes will include a fee for dates outside the range of the original reservation.
