IMPORTANT:
1. Early check-ins and late checkouts are available for $30 upon request.

2. We welcome guests to do laundry during their stay, but please note the laundry room is shared with the owners of the home.

3. Please keep in mind that this is a basement apartment. We work hard to provide guests with a peaceful space during their stay but note that you may hear us walking around upstairs from time to time. We have provided earplugs in the top right drawer of the bedroom dresser for this reason.

4. There is no cable TV in the unit. We provide streaming devices but ask that guests sign into their own accounts for services.

SO nice!

This is such a cute, comfortable and safe place to stay. We slept so well on an awesome mattress. The place is exceptionally clean. Decorated so cute! Delightful host and she responding quickly to any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay

I was very impressed with my stay at the Whimsical Basement Wonderland. The cleanliness was top notch. You have all necessities for cozy home away from home stay. The host communicated in a timely manner and even made recommendations in the local area. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.

Whimsical Basement Wonderland

Excellent! Property description 💯 % accurate. Location was super. So close to City Park, Museum of Science/ Natural, Botanic Garden of Denver. Very walkable to local restaurants. See Fox Run cafe'. A must. Beautifully furnished. Super clean, spacious. Quiet. Comfortable. Beautiful yard!!! Our hostess Lessley was awesome! Replied super quick to messages. When in Denver...book this listing! We'll be back next time we come to visit!!!
