Searching for the highest standard of luxury for your trip to Denver? Look no further. Welcome to this gorgeous new building right in the middle of all the action. You will have the entire spacious floor to yourself and will be just blocks from 16th Street Mall, the Colorado State Capitol, and the hottest dining and nightlife spots downtown. Modern and upscale, this top-line unit offers the best of Denver.

The Space:
Open floor plans and spacious living areas combine to create more than enough room for your group, and deluxe furnishings contribute to a luxurious feel. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2 sinks, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, 2 ovens, warming drawer, coffee maker and espresso center, wine chiller, and microwave. The dining areas can accommodate up to 12 people: 8 at the beautiful dining table and the kitchen peninsula will seat an additional 4. The entertainment area offers plenty of seating around the large flat-screen TV and fireplace. Take in the sunset and city life below on the balcony chairs. Unwind in the deep jet tub and large glass jet showers. There is a private washer/dryer in the unit. This unit can accommodate up to 11 people: 2 in the master bedroom, 4 in the second master bedroom, 2 in the guest master, 1 on the trundle in the hallway, and 2 on the sleeper sofa. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony, and two of the bedrooms have huge attached walk-in closets. Each room is tastefully designed with the highest quality beds, linens, furniture, and décor.

Rooftop Patio:
When you get back from a day of exploring the city, kick back and enjoy the amazing views from the rooftop patio. There is ample seating near the fireplace, and around the bar with granite countertops. The bar has everything you need for an evening BBQ or after-dinner drinks: a grill, stovetop burners, and sink. Enjoy the beautiful views of downtown Denver.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their property and private patio or balcony. For an additional charge, guests may also obtain access to the private rooftop lounge. Rooftop access is not included in your property rental and may be rented for an additional rate during your stay.

Please note: there will not be a full-time door person at the building throughout your stay. It is important to keep your key fob on you at all times. If for some reason you lock yourself out of your floor or out of the building, there will likely be no attendant there to help you.

Getting Around:
Coming from DIA: If you are flying into Denver International Airport you will have many transportation options including rental vehicles, Uber, Lyft, and light rail. Please make sure to coordinate your transportation to our property before landing at DIA. If you are looking for an exclusive, high-end experience, our private concierge can arrange for a driver to pick you up. Public transportation is also available from DIA via the light rail station from DIA to Union Station. From Union Station, you can take a bus to a number of stops within walking distance of our location. Please see local bus routes and plan accordingly before traveling.

Local Driving Access: If you live locally or are driving your own vehicle, you will be able to enter our address into your favorite maps app like Waze, Apple Maps, etc. All the mentioned map apps should navigate you directly to our location.

Parking: If you require parking for a vehicle, you can park in any of the surrounding lots or at meters on the surrounding streets. We are not associated with the surrounding public or private parking areas so you will need to manage parking at these locations on your own.

Building Access: Skyline Denver is located in the heart of downtown and parking is not allowed directly on Colfax Avenue. The access codes you will receive are the only way to enter the building and obtain your key fob. A member of your group will need to walk up the sidewalk to our front door and enter the callbox code. Once you enter the lobby, please find your lockbox located around the corner from the elevator. Feel free to use our complimentary luggage cart, located in the lobby, and then you may access your condo from our elevator (you will need to swipe your key fob then press your floor). If you do use the luggage cart, please be sure to return it for other guests to use.

Other Things to Note:
We do not hold your security deposit and neither does the booking platform you used. The security deposit is an agreement stating you will pay any damages or excessive cleaning up to that amount.

*Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. There will be a charge of $50 plus the cost of handling, packaging, and/or shipping for any items that need to be shipped back to you from your stay (prices may vary for large items).

Interaction with Guests:
You will receive a "Day-Of" message in the morning on the day you are checking in. This message will include some house rules and key notes for your stay. At 4:00pm you will receive updated access codes for the front door and for the lock box to gain access to your key fob. If you are checking in before 5:00pm, one of our staffers will meet you at the building to help you get checked in and show you to your unit. If you are checking in after 5:00pm, you will be sent detailed instructions on how to gain access to your unit and if you have any trouble during the process, you can either message us or give us a call and we will be happy to assist.

Spacious & very convenient location

This is an excellent property in every way!! The location is excellent, a short, safe walk from the convention center. Many restaurants nearby. The property is spacious! The bedrooms were a good size. the property manager was quick to help with a problem with our TV & check in & out was so simple.The extra beds in one of the bedrooms were great for our 3 year old!! Highly recommen this Property!!

We came to Denver for a golf trip and couldn't have found a better place for 8 guys! We all had our own beds and the shuffle-board led to some great entertainment. The place was spacious, clean and overall a great time.

We rented a condo so we could attract friends and colleagues from the ETH Denver conference, and it was perfect. Better conversations happen in a relaxed atmosphere, and this place was perfect.

Great place

On a work trip with a team and this rental cost approx the same as several hitel rooms. Loved all the space, great kitchen and serving areas, big bedrooms, and really fun shuffleboard table. Allowed our time to be more productive and bonding. Close to downtown, capitol, and supermarket. Managers responded within minutes to questions or probs. Overall great experience.

Second time staying here

While the condo is beautiful and works well for our family, the parking is not ideal with three small children. If I could recommend anything it would be black out curtains, doors on the bathrooms in the bedrooms and access to the vacuum as the sand from the shuffleboard gets everywhere! Also, possibly paying an extra fee to park in the parking garage on the property.

Everything was great. Group had a great time. Light in the back right toilet room was out but no big deal. Some of the instructions conflicted between what was sent in email and what was printed. None of this a big deal. Still a great place with a great location.

Cool Fun Complex

The Colorado Unit was just as pictured. Fun to have the shuffle board table for entertainment. Staff was great. Unit Ice machines not working but staff offered to bring ice to us. Master has a lot of light exposure from the city at night and early morning sun through the blinds. Rooftop deck has incredible views and sunset over the mountains was a treat. Walkable area with nice choices for food. Stock service was nice to have everything was in order and in the unit when we got there. Thanks for a great long weekend with friends / family.

Great spot - No roof access w/o more $$$

Great space. It was all in great shape and lived up to expectations, especially the shuffle board table. Great for groups. That said, the roof top outdoor spec is only accessible if you pay extra money. This is not clear on the listing and was very disappointing. Also, bring your own speaker. The audio equipment was shot but no one said anything. Overall, very solid experience.

The condo is very nice and we were very comfortable. The contents are not as high end as the place itself (older towels, no hooks for towels, missing bathrooms doors, no extras like coffee or tea, or personal touches), but very lovely. Be sure to check the people per bed situation. Although it sleeps ~10, that is only if you stack people into shared rooms, and sleep in the hall. We had a large group and were only given 2 fobs which made it extremely difficult to get in and out or into the other condo we rented in the same building. Also, they refused us access to the stairs which would have helped significantly with getting in and out. Very strange policy. That being said, the property manager was very responsive and did a great job helping us. I think the owners definitely need to re-think the key/fob/access situation.

We really enjoyed the property location, layout, and amenities (especially the shuffle board and balconies). The property mgr is excellent. The ease of check in/out is on point. The location is great for exploring downtown -- it's very walkable. If you have a vehicle or choose to uber it's central location makes everything accessible. You can take the train to/from DIA to Union Station in lower downtown, then take the free 16th street mall bus to Trenton, then walk 3 blocks to the property.
