The wekly rate. Can book online through expedia for $462 on average. The choice privilege member books on average of $535. Its subtle but its manipulative in how they make rooms available through "choice privilege" the convenience of extending from week to week is its only advantage.

I felt that the property was well maintained despite the conditions of the area surrounding it however the staff and service was virtually non-existent and for simple things as asking for towels or toilet paper received attitude from the African-American female stayed for over a week and wished I hadn't otherwise the rest of the staff were professional

Reserved a king bed, none available and ended up with 2 queens. Took more than 1 hour to check in. At first we were put in an already occupied room. Then put in another. No hot water! Couldn't take showers!

I felt very unsafe I chose not to stay there. There was a pile of garbage or what looked like garbage piled at the front door. The desk clerk couldn’t find my reservation and was not helpful. I’ve asked for a refund of the reservation I bought the guarantee as well.
